The Study On Urban Cadastral Spatial Object Model Based On New Demands

With the promulgation of the new Standard for Urban Cadastral Database and the Regulation for Land Registration,cadastral spatial objects have been redefined and reclassified,and it is necessary to take 3D cadastral objects into further consideration.The study of the relationships among cadastral spatial objects based on new demands,and the building of the cadastral spatial object model shall provide useful references for the development of Urban Cadastral Information System.Firstly,the cadastral spatial objects according to the new standard and the spatial topological relationship among these objects are analysed in detail.With the object oriented analysis,the cadastral spatial object model is established,and the course of cadastral spatial change is designed to manage the associated change of cadastral spatial objects in accordance with the changed parcel.Secondly,because of the urgent demand to register subsurface property rights,which are described as 3D cadastral spatial objects,the Dimension Descending and Simplification pattern is proposed to manage 3D cadastral objects,on the basis of traditional 2D cadastral management.And then the dimension descending topological analysis method is put forward to manage 3D cadastral object effectively in 2D cadastral information system,together with the management pattern mentioned above.Finally,the research results are applied to the test system.The operation of the system shows,the cadastral spatial object model describe the process of cadastral change clearly,and establish different management strategies respectively in accordance with their distinguishing characteristics,in order to realize the linkage change and backtracking of the cadastral spatial objects.And the 3D cadastral management pattern also provides a simple and effective way to solve 3D problem in 2D system.It is meaningful to the construction of Urban Cadastral System under the circumstance of the second state land investigation.
