The Design And Development Of Rapid Mapping System For Basic Geographic Database

With the development of science and technology,the mapping technology is undergoing rapid changes.In order to satisfy the development needs of the national economy and social informatization,the former Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Surveying Mapping and Geoinformation,and now the Department of the Natural Resources of Zhejiang Province,has transformed the basic mapping from analog mapping to digital mapping since 1998.Also,the Department of the Natural Resources of Zhejiang Province has established a production system and a process flow of basic geographic information data which is based on "3S" technology and takes "4D" products as the main form.The update speed of basic mapping has greatly improved and the content of the database has gradually diversified,all of these have had an inestimable impact on the optimization of the mapping system.Therefore,in order to satisfy the various needs of the Institute and other bureau-owned units,it is very urgent to develop the rapid mapping system for basic geographic database independently.In this paper,we analyzed the research status and requirements.Then the rapid mapping system for basic geographic database was designed and developed based on the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.Besides,the real-time updating of mapping regulations and the diversification of data results in mapping process was collected through the actual example of Shaoxing project in 2018.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)The background and significance of the rapid mapping system for basic geographic database were introduced.Besides,the current status and development of relative software,mapping technology,as well as map database integration were explained in detail.(2)To meet the need of converting large quantities of Arc GIS vector map data into Auto CAD data,the basic mapping database was designed and developed based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.This system has a three-layer architecture of interaction layer,function layer and data layer.And this system consisted of several different modules: library data management module,data structure conversion module,configuration information management module,data preview module,and auxiliary tool module.The detailed design of this system was introduced in this paper.(3)Through the testing of the system,and by taking the actual Shaoxing project in 2018 as an example,this paper proved that the system has realized the functions of data preprocessing,CAD files exporting,CAD glands processing,and mapping according to the range.The system operation test results showed that the system was feasible and effective.
