Monitoring Techniques Of Data Security For Geographical Information

Monitoring techniques of data security for geographical information are focused in this paper. By analyzing the file and network monitoring techniques, and according to the characteristic and demand of geographical information, an overall scheme based on Win32API and WinPcap function is proposed for monitoring system of data security for geographical information.First, with contrasting the file monitoring techniques, a new techniques based on Win32 API is proposed. The techniques, based on Win32 API, monitor a user's operation at application level, capture the invalid access to files, monitor the move storage medium and finally solve the file loss with the access control of ports like USB. The technology of concealment about Trojan horse is also used in this paper to realize Process-concealment in Win2000/XP system, which ensures the system safe. For adapting the future demand of monitoring techniques, the paper also researches the network monitoring techniques, and a network monitoring techniques based on WinPcap is proposed.Finally, other system module is designed and achieved. According to the demand of geographical information, the whole scheme of system is designed, the network module and monitoring log is also designed and achieved。Experiments show that the system has the advantages of short developing period, high security and good transparency, and ensures the safe of geographical information availability...
