The article introduces a design method of low power ,mass storage portable water-level data acquisition device which embedded system design and the SCM(Single Chip Micyoco).TheμPSD3234 produced by ST is used as main microprocessors, the paper put forwords a way of hardware and software design. The purpose of this thesis is to design a practical real-time data collection system.This paper discusses current situation and development of water-level monitor, introduces a design of new water-level monitor with USB-Reader using UPSD3234, describes the design theory and policy of water-level detective monitor. This thesis mainly discuss the design and realization of the data collection system which refers to the pressure inside the water. The system is mainly used to finish the data collection,processing,display and data storage.On the analysis of the system structure and function requirement,the system in this thesis adopts the UPSD3234 core,expands the power,reset,LCD interface circuit,introduced the design of power system,the concrete realization of real-time clock, data storage and LCD display.In the deep discuss of the system,it describes the key technique and design concretely. We talk about the hardware design,circuit board analysis and the other issue worth thinking about in the design.We attempt study the design process of the software too.Finally,the paper has maken a summary and a prospect to the whole monitor system.
