In recent years, with the development of the deformation monitor technology based GPS, some countries and regions set up continuously operating reference station for deformationmonitor. The deformation monitor based CORS is forming network with the CORS base station and the point for deformation monitor, and then carries on the static baseline solution or single epoch algorithm modified information by using real-time data from CORS base stations and deformation monitoring points. Routine monitoring method requires monitoring personnel to bear the instrument on the monitoring point, and we can only have static post-processing.On this basis, this paper develops the real-time deformation monitoring system based on CORS, and designs the key technology. Monitoring personnel can get GPS monitoring information of the monitoring object at the first time. The real-time deformation monitoring system based on CORS is made up of four parts:base station subsystem, monitoring collecting susystem, data transmission subsystem and data processing and analysis subsystem. In this paper, we describe the establishment of the base station, research on two kinds of deformation monitoring model based CORS station and the corresponding algorithm:the static solution and single epoch solution. The key points of the paper are data transmission and data acquisition.In order to meet the static post-processing and dynamic real-time processing of deformation monitoring, this paper designed and developed a real-time deformation monitoring data transmission subsystem.The subsystem uses CDMA network, the school's fixed IP, wireless data terminal, to achieve the GPS data real-time transmission from monitoring point and reference point to data center. Data transmission based on the data acquisition subsystem, which are the data decoding and encoding subsystems. Data decoding section implements the receiver raw data convert to ASCII-encoded data, and then extract and calculate the required pseudorange, carrier observations and other data. Data coding portion encoding the decoded data obtained into RINEX format standard file format, and used for static post-processing.This system can improve the stability of deformation monitoring, and the diversity of the monitoring data. It can also improve the reliability and security of the deformation monitoring warning.
