Landslide is one of the major natural disasters chanllenging engineering and environement. Research attacks on landslide have reached tremendous achievements during last two centuries and significant improvements have been made with respect to the calculation, simulation, prevention, prediction and engineering measures ever since. However, there still exist uncertainties in landslide research fields as listed here: testing and selection of strength parameters of shear belt, quantitative evaluation of the influence of underground water on landslides, displacement monitoring and sliding early-earning, etc.Based on engineering records of Shaba Landslide in JiaoLiu Railway Line, this thesis explores three aspects of landslide research interests: (1) selection of strength parameter of sliding belt, (2) quantitative evaluation of influence of underground water on sliding behavior, and (3) prediction of displacement. With field observation data, theoretical analysis of this thesis applies the means of transfer coefficient of thrust to evaluate the stability of landslide. Strength parameters of shear belt has been backcaculated by using c and |
