Duolun County locate in farming-pastoral zone in the northern, is an important component China's sandy grassland of in the northern,with area that desertification is more serious, with typical ecological frangibility。Through investigation on state of vegetation in Duolun County, and analysis of the seeds of flora; revealed dynamics on restoration of vegetation sand after taken measures in artificial exclusion; research and analysis of exclusion zones in different regions and diversity of plants and relations between the diversity index with the PHysical and chemical nature of soil, so as to protection the diversity of plants and ecological restoration of vegetation and reconstruction providing a scientific basis. Research draw the following conclusions:1. In Duolun County, a total of 75 branches of seed plants, 465 species and 249 genera of which contain more than 15 kinds of Branch have 12 Branch, a total of 157 genera 309 species, the proporation which accounted for the district of seed plants are the 64 percent and 66 percent. The results showed, that the plants species have a relatively rich characteristics in Duolun County, the largest of the two branches Compositae and Gramineae, this reaction of the division of genera and species distribution is uneven. The seed plants have a certain number of ancient composition, its distribution area type of temperate zone possess the absolute superiority.2. Through artificial exclusion, in the central area of exclusion and the marginal area vegetation cover, biomass are significantly higher than the external area, the artificial exclusion is an effective method to restore degraded vegetation.3. Through the artificial exclusion can restore degraded vegetation of sand during a relatively short period, in the central area of exclusion and the marginal area the species diversity index increased, dominance index decreased, between in external area the species diversity index and advantages of index changes in the law and the central area and the marginal area is opposite. Consideration from ecological and economic benefits, three years period of exclusion is suitable.4. The species diversity index, the advantages index and soil organic content and soil nitrogen content are significant correctation in exclusion area, soil organic content and soil nitrogen content are the dominant factors that impact the plants diversity.
