In our country it is an epoch-making policy to employ actively the informational techniques, improve water resources administration, and in order to realize the sustainable development in water resources.At present, the usage of informational techniques in the water resources is still at the primary stage. Although there are many water expertise systems in use, There are still certain 1imitations of the scopes of information and the generalizations of guidance.We want to utilize the existing platform of CGIS system technological, to Study the usage of the underground latent water resources in Nong an Demonstration Zone, The first is to set up the mathematical computation model for the diving resources, based on the hydro geological conditions in the zone, measure and calculate the diving distributions by means of the fewer surveying wells and the observing information and to provide the diving resource distribution for all-level leaders so as to administrate the water resources macroscopically and to have better use of them. The microscopic inquiry function, to consult the underground diving resource by means of the direct characteristics of the electronic map in the computer. The user can point out the water in taking on the map directly. The map can tell the user the right water in taking place through the water curve formed by the groundwater level and its vertical plane, and also tell the user the waterused information at the water in taking places, and the water resource fluctuating information for the crop seasons through the model calculation of the mathematical modes. point on using the map intuitive characteristic, carries on the diving reserves inquiry, the water level burying depth inquiry to the dry point, wells up the water volume computation and so on, thus realizes the underground diving resources dynamic monitor, provides expert's consultation for the ground water reasonable use, provides the water conservation condition aspect the basis.
