As one of the most outstanding scientists in 20th century, Rabi made great contributions in many fields such as science, humanities and education. This thesis reviews Rabi's creative example historically, including Rabi school, Rabi's thoughts of culture and education, by collecting, gathering and analyzing all kinds of datum. Also, this thesis reviews master's experience of growing up and creative process, and lets us be able to listen to the voice of the times that master lived in respectfully.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part describes Rabi's early life and study activities, including his poverty young time, religion family's influence, study and creative ability which spurted in this process.The second part is about everlasting process of creating of molecular beam experiment in Rabi's lab, including theoretic innovation, continuous innovation of experiment method, and then gradually run to molecular beam experiment.The third part is about Rabi school, including the definition of Rabi school, Rabi's teaching characteristics, the attraction of personality of Rabi and the comity in his lab, achievements of Rabi school.The fourth part describes Rabi's humanities thought and social activities, including Rabi's thoughts on science and culture, Rabi's viewpoints on science and education, taking part in building up CERN and IAEA built by Rabi, and Rabi's theoretic exploration and practice in education.
