Expolring Cadastral Management Information System Based On WebGIS

In Recent years, along with the development of electronic technology,computer technology, data bank technology and space information technology,especially with the geographic information system technology rapid development and gradually mature, the research of cadastre management information system has entered a brand-new stage, many cadastre management information systems have been established and put into uses successfully. The direction of the cadastre management development is to digitization and computer lization day by day.Since 2004, with the"Golden Earth Project"start"The National Cadastre Database Construction"has become an important content of it, that has greatly impelled the research and construction of cadastre management information system in our country.Integration and Network oriented CMIS,has become one of the hottest topics in recent CMIS's research. However, related to these aspects, such as network, mass data quantity management, multiuser concurrent, data sharing and the in depth use of CMIS, we still have so many problems to be resolved, all that have greatly limited the traditional cadastre information system's widely application. In this paper, the author integrated the WebGIS technology with other mature technology,designed the integral construction of cadastre management information system(ICMIS, Internet Cadastre Management Information System), Proposed cadastre space data model,organization's mentalities and methods based on the WebGIS ,this database model has firmly conformed to our real national condition and meet the cadastre management application demand.The author used SuperMap IS.NET series module to construct the development platform for the ICMIS. This system is practical, economic, both satisfies the daily services to past with work, manages the article needs, and can serve policy-making and the city people information inquiry demands, realization the scientific style and the digital national territory of cadastre supervisory work informationization, lays the foundation; for the digital city; the construction.The full paper included six parts.The first chapter introduction, analyzed the domestic and abroad cadastre management information system's research progress, elaborated the paper's research aim and the research contents; The second chapter elaborated the application successfull variation process of the GIS technology system in the cadastre management information system.Developed from the platform GIS cadastre management information system to the module type GIS cadastre management information system development, finally carried on the comparison and analyzes based on the WebGIS cadastre management information system development.The third chapter,based on the WebGIS cadastre management information system integral construction.Introduced the WebGIS technology systems and the technical realization methods simply, elaborated the cadastre management system management system integral structure as well as the GIS application demands, outlined WebGIS in the cadastre management information system application patterns, in the quite current mainstream WebGIS platform foundation,choosed the SuperMap series module construction cadastre management information system to develop the platform,and designed overall construction based on WebGIS cadastre management information system.
