The Study Of Taxology And Ecology Of Sub-aerial Blue-green Algae In Canyon Of Wangtiane From Jilin Province

We collected 391 pieces of sub-aerial algae specimens from Canyon Wangtiane of Changbaishan of Jilin Province in August, 2005. Then we identified them by optical microscope. The result shows that there are 85 species and 2 varieties on lava of Canyon Wangtiane, among them 7 families, 19 genera, there are 38 kinds new record species in Jilin province, 6species are described as new to science. The new units are: Tolypothrix splendens X. Rao et H. X. Xiao, sp. nov.,Asterocapsa conferta X. Rao et H. X. Xiao, sp. nov.,Stigonema comulatum X. Rao et H. X. Xiao, sp. nov.,Stigonema vulgaris X. Rao et H. X. Xiao, sp. nov.,Desmonems borealis X. Rao et H. X. Xiao, sp. nov.,Scytonema cohaerens X. Rao et H. X. Xiao, sp. nov..The thesis, in the research process of sub-aerial blue-green algae in wangtiane canyon of Changbaishan, Jilin province, expounds the species composition and distributed characteristic of sub-aerial blue-green algae in wangtiane canyon of Changbaishan, Jilin province. through laboratory appraisal and species analysis, we compile the systematic retrieval table of each family of sub-aerial blue-green algae in wangtiane canyon, statistics the emergent frequencies and times of each genus, compare the species with high emergent frequencies, and analysis the reason of its stronger ability of survival. After a detailed compare of frequencies of several species, it discover the important function of Nostoc commune and Gloeocapsa atrata in the aspect of their water-holding power of soil and accumulation organic.This research indicated that the species of sub-aerial blue-green algae have obvious difference in different ecological environment. In the habitat of the moist rock appears 84 kinds of sub-aerial blue-green algae, they are account for the total 96.55 %. The different flora have the certain influence to the distribution of sub-aerial blue-green algae, the species of sub-aerial blue-green algae is quite rich in the mixed flora of the algae and mess,it has 79 kinds, which account for the total 90.8 %.
