The Research Of The Method Of Geo-Disaster Immigration Location In Xinpxian Country

Immigrant resettlement site is a crucial link in layout of immigrant resettlement, which is directly related to the success or failure of resettlement. Study of immigrant site selection currently often exists in many large-scale Hydropower Project migrants. The research for small-scale, scattered spots of geological disasters immigrants site is great significant to prevention and control of geological disasters in China..Geological disasters immigrants site is a process of reasoning and decision-making for migration to the new home address before the migration,which is due to the occurrence or non-occurrence of geological disasters has been damaged or is about to undermine existing accommodation habitat and result in a certain amount of the population were forced to move to other places to live. It is different from conventional location, but the location theory can guide the location of geological disasters immigrants site. Space model is established by MapGIS to study geological disasters immigrant resettlement site in Xinping County.By screening evaluation index is determined as Slope,fault, towns, transit lines, water systems, mine and scenic spots. Using AHP, Indicators hierarchical structure is established and weights of all indicators are calculated. a system of indicators of the various thematic layers is established by MapGIS and every layer is parted into suitability grading subareas and assigned the weight. Putting the thematic layer of buffer zoning map superimposed analysis result into the suitability subareas map of geological disasters immigrant site evaluation in Xinping County.The result map shows the respective ratios of high-suitability area.medium-suitability area.low-suitability area and non-suitability area are 8%, 26%, 31% and 35%.The distribution of their location is clear revealed in the map.which can be assisted in Xinping County of geological disasters immigrant siting decisions.In this research, analysis routes, methods and a workflow system of GIS-based study of geological disaster migration site location are preliminary establish. Theresult shows that this method has practical significance, can speed up the resettlement of geological disasters in the primary process, reduce workload and improve location accuracy.
