Four hundred and twenty eight strains of heterotrophic bacteria were isolated from marine sediment, seawater, seaweed, fish, and shellish, taken from locations in QingDao. Sampling locations were comprised of industrially and aquaculturally affected sites and clean, control sites. BIOLOG technique was adopted for identification and clustering of these isolates. After analysis of the Biolog identification results, we conclude:Cluster 37 is the specific species in seawater of clean site .Cluster7,cluster49,cluster11,cluster14,cluster18 and cluster47 were isolated from aquaculturally affected sites .Cluster7 and cluster49 are the specific species in seawater of this site. Cluster11 and cluster14 are the specific species in sediment of this site. Cluster18 and cluster47 are the specific species in seawater and sediment .Cluster36,cluster16 and cluster 22 are clollected from industrially site .Cluster36 is the specific species in sediment of this site. Cluster 16 and cluster 22 are the specific species in sea and sediment of this site.ARDRA are used for the analysis of diversity of marine heterotrophic bacteria from Qingdao coast. The production of PCR are digested by RsaI and HhaI respectively. The digestions of RsaI have nine banding types. The digestions of HhaI have eleven banding types. The results of ARDRA are nearly in accord with Biolog.By physiological and biochemical identification and analysis of 16SrDNA sequencing ,we conclude: D1233 have closer relationshiop with D4058, they are identified as Vibrio tasmaniensis.D4051 and D1234 are identified as Vibrio splendidus.
