The ground water resources are the water resources important constituent, many cities water supplies and the agricultural irrigation water used all depends upon the ground water resources. But as a result of the recent years people to the ground water resources characteristic understanding insufficiency, many people thought it is "inexhaustible", they blindly placed well, excessive mining, created the subsoil water level to continue to drop, the salty water invasion, the surface subsidence, geological disaster question and so on. At present solves this environment geology question method mainly have the following three kinds: One, uses the administrative method, formulates related legal laws and regulations restraint mining, protects ground water resources; Two, use economical measure, increases price levies the ground water resources expense; Three is the technical measure, carries out the region ground water resources appraisal, delimits the ground water excessively mining area, scientific well drilling, avoids blindly mining the ground water. Scientific well drilling is one of the most important technical measures in ground water resource management, the tradition design method of drilling wells have difficulty to inquiry the hydrology geological data, and drill a well at the selected location not precisely, and manual plan the structure design drawing to be tedious and weakness, the paper exploringly study spatial auxiliary design system of groundwater mining well drilling based on the GIS technology, it provides well drilling personnel the modernization to well drilling design tool, enhances the efficiency of well drilling design.This article first analyzes well drilling design content, including analyze and confirm the position of well drilling, the hydrous stratum structure analysis, the well depth and the well structure analysis, the strainer structure and padding structure analysis, well drilling structure drawing analysis; Second based on the well drilling design content, with face the management information system design thought, selects the hiberarchy software development method, on the basis of ComGIS software SuperMap Objects, relations Database Oracle and OOD programming tool Visual Studio.NET, the article study the design plan of spatial auxiliary design system of groundwater mining well drilling. With the database design tool, the article study the system database construct plan; Finally analyze every well drilling design operation subsystem, elaborated its key technology, and with a application example shows the usability of spatial auxiliary design system of groundwater mining well drilling.
