Research On Aesthetic Education In Physics Teaching In Normal Universities

The aim of social education is to cultivate socialistic constructers and laborers who are all round development of morality, intelligence and physique. Aesthetic education which is also called aesthetic perception education has several functions which have been proved by theory and practice, such as developing a person's intelligence, molding a person's temperament, sublimating a person's emotion, raising a person'morality, and taking a correct attitude towards value outlook and the forth. Therefore, aesthetic education has a great effect on a person's development of morality, intelligence and physique. It would not be a complete education if no aesthetic education existsIt is normal education'responsibility to provide teachers for various education; consequently, normal aesthetic education is the most typical one in different kinds of aesthetic education. Teachers are always called"the engineers of human beings'soul"and"the most glorious profession under the sun"which are the people'expectation of normal education. For normal universities, subject education has become an important approach to aesthetic education because no art course is set. Physics which belongs to natural science contains varieties of beauty, like diversity and unity, harmony and singularity, conciseness and balance…, and all the aesthetic elements offer enough materials to involvement of aesthetic judgment education in college physics teaching.This paper states the aesthetic education in college physics teaching on the basis of modern cognitive psychology, educational psychology, pedagogy, principles of aesthetic education and modern educational theory. Based on former researches on this point, the paper illustrates the meaning, features and functions of aesthetic education. Besides, according to goal and present situation of aesthetic education, it mainly discusses how to put aesthetic education into effect as well as what the new demand for teachers is in Physics teaching. I hope the research and practice can have a good impact on the teachers who are engaged in college Physics teaching.
