Evolvement Study On Modern Organization Of Technological Invention

Organization of Technological Invention is a group in which technological workers shoot for a higher technological level to promote technological innovation. Through studying the history of the organization of technological invention, this term paper expands the organization of technological invention.Firstly, I introduce individual invention which appeared earliest. In modern history, the interaction between science and technology was so limited, science couldn't solve significant problem. A lot of inventions were results of empirical odyssey, through hobbies' tentative work. They were not guided by theory. Till the 17th century, scientific and technical cooperation appeared, for example the Royal Society, France Academy of Science, LunarSociety and so on. The academic ability of these organizations was higher than individual's, so that it accelerated the speed of science and technological development.The second part is industrial laboratory. It is the organizing from that is mainly engaged in the creative action of production, and the basic integrating point of science, technology, economy and society. The evolution of industrial lab has experienced the three stages on the whole. The first stage is the emergence and beginning period of industrial lab. During the one, scientists and enterprisers had begun to establishindustrial lab in their modern enterprise, while the university's lab, independent lab, and government's lab established. It is mostly the second stage for the development of industrial lab from the 20-century beginning to the Second World War. During the stage, the United States became the model in the history of industrial lab. During the Second World War to the end of 1980s, it is mostly the third stage of industrial lab. In this period, the small high-tech business began to prosperous. Industrial lab changed gradually their run's model to independent capitalization R&D company that is not directly engaged in production and sell but research and development. It is the period basic characteristic of industrial lab that started the diversification and trended to small scaled.Since 20th 70', the organization of science research changed in society distribution. In order to integrate science and technology, economic and society, science parks appeared in some country and areas. Primary the organization of science and technology were in enterprises, governments and universities. Science park's appearance changed the above format, and realize concentrative running in a region. Science park derived from silicon valley, through half a century's development, similar parks followed fast. In recent years, many countries and areas according the real situation, set up different science parks, and presented disparate and characteristic development trend.The fourth part explains the status changes and advantages ofindividual invention. This part also expatiates on the reasons of enterprise carrying on invention activities, and advantages of organization invention. The end analyzes the science park's superiority, moreover comparing science parks with industrial lab.Through the above explanation and analysis, a conclusion is educed: today in our society, industrial labs and science parks have been major forms of technological inventions. As a developing country, China should quicken the development of industrial labs and science parks, to accelerate technological innovation. In fact, in the progress of Chinese development, noteworthy achievement has been made, but also there are many problems existed, which need us to strive.
