This article is talking about a study of social factors restrict the progress which a new technological invention can develop, that base on philosophy of science and technology and sociology of technology. Philosophy of technology and science is view of the topic from fundamentally theory to penetrate the entire analysis. The main point aims to historically longitudinal study that involves economy, politics, social ideology and main body analyzes how social factors restrict new technological invention, which according to Nikola Tesla’s personal experience as the case study to prove.The article consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction that represents reasons of topic has chosen, research methods, and study of social constraint claims technological invention by abroad and domestic scholars. Chapter two shows the definition of technological invention and distinguishes the concept between technological invention and technological innovation that becomes theory fundamentally. Chapter three represents study deeply of social factors which include economy, politics, social ideology and main body restrict the progress which the new technological invention can develop that base on the case study of Nikola Tesla’s personal career. Chapter four illustrates analysis at status and problems of the current China’s development, that has been used the same viewpoints are same as chapter three, solution has been claimed.
