In this article, the polymorphisms of mtDNA of Jiangjungou ancient population and the polymorphisms of 3 autosomal STRs of Keriyan insulated population have been studied. Jiangjungou cemetery of Warring States Period is in Helinge'er county of Inner Mongolia Province. Wars often happened between the agriculture nation and nomadism nation in Inner Mongolia. We focuse on the relationship between the nation of northern China and the nation of farming in Waring States Period in this study. Ancient DNA was extracted from teeth and bones. By successful amplification and sequencing, 8 nucleotide sequences of 310bp length in hypervariable region I of mtDNA control region were obtained. Nine haplotypes with 11 polymorphic sites in 8 individuals were found. Sample M07 and CRS share the same haplotype . the transition sites 16129(G→A),16223(C→T),16256(C→T),16260(C→T)and16327(C→T)were found in sample M15. The transition sites 161167(C→T) and 16223(C→T)presented in sample M16. The transition sites 16223(C→T),16234(C→T),16260(C→T)and 16293(A→G)existed in sample M22.The transition in site 16223(C→T)and 16293(A→G)of the sample M25. The transition sites 16185(C→T),16223(C→T),16260(C→T)and16304(C→T)were found in sample M29. The transition sites16223(C→T),16260(C→T)and16327(C→T) presented in sample M31.The transition sites 16129(G→A),16223(C→T),16248(C→T)and16260(C→T)were found in sample M53. First, phylogenetic analysis shows that Jiangjungou ancient population locates on the brance of north Asia and far away from the brances of Europe and east Asia in NJ tree, which suggests that the genetic character of Jiangjungou ancient population is probably close to modern population of north Asia. Second, the multidimensional analysis of Jiangjungou ancient population and other relative populations was carried out. The result shows that Jiangjungou ancient population has a common origin with modern population of north Asia in maternal lingeage. finally, the Fst values and dA values of Jiangjungou ancient population and other relative ancient populations were used to construct PC map. The map shows that Jiangjungou ancient population has a close relationship with Helinge'er ancient population in Spring and autunm Period. All the results show that the matrilineal origin of Jiangjungou ancient population is similar to modern population of north Asia. The local residents of Daliyabuye village seldom contact with outside and have not married with outside at all because of its geographic situation and wretched transportation. The frequencies of autosomal 3 STRs of Keriyan insulated population were calculated and analyzed. Firstly, phylogenetic analysis of Keriyan insulated population and other relative populations were performed, and the result shows that Keriyan insulated population clusters to the same branch with the Ozbek.
