The scientific hypothesis is constructed on the basis of known scientific facts and principles, by scientific method of thinking, such as scientific abstraction, logic inference and so on. It is a presumed interpretation or illustration to some existent phenomena, and a prediction or conjecture to some phenomena that are not existed in the reality. That definition is revealing the science, the assumption, the explanation, the prediction, the verification and the mutability of the scientific hypothesis' characters. The function of the scientific hypothesis mainly consists of two basic aspects that are the function of interpretation and the function of prediction. Hypothesis explains the world and guides the people's practice just through the two basic functions, and with this to examine and prove the accuracy by itself.The scientific hypothesis is a bridge leading something to the scientific theory. It is produced constantly in the development process of the natural science, and develops continuously in the scientific practice. The development of the natural science impresses the foundation of scientific hypothesis. After the scientific hypothesis founded, according to the different standard, the forms of the manifestation of the scientific hypothesis is very abundant.The actually formatting process of the scientific hypothesis is very complicated. Regarding to its general procedure, it mostly can be divided into two stages, namely the conceive stage and the argument stage of the scientific hypothesis.
