GIS(Geographic Information System)is a management and treating-information system that gathers storages manages and gives expression to spatial data visually Actually, geochemical data is provided with spatial property, and it is one of spatial data So people consider introducing GIS into the methods of managing and processing on geochemical data involuntarily. The author summarizes the history and the actuality which GIS is applied to geochemical data processing, andn arrates the development and expectation of processing of geochemical data; otherwise, the author introduces some methods( clustering analysis, PCA analysis, kringe, geostatistics, and so on); especially, he not only introduces non-linearity science -fractal, wavelet, and blur math in some sort; but also demonstrates that it is feasible for those methods to be used in geochemical data processing, while achieves two fractal arithmetics. Comparing and contrasting with traditional method (iteration method) employed to comfirm geochemical anomarly, It is very clear that the method of fractal is ascendantoThe author adopts COMGIS technology, embeds MapX component into the program which is developed by advanced visual programming language-VC++, and implements some GIS functions (data search^ projection theme analysis, and so on)and analysis function about geochemical data (PCA, clustering, fractal, and so on). Its characteristic is to avoid miscellaneous computering process and to achieve the result one time. This System is divorce from MapInfo System and can work independently.
