| Traditional Supervising and controlling system based on GIS/GPS has not been suit modem carrying trade, it needs information ,network and socialization. It needs more and more combine with Internet to optimize resource scheme and improve competition in market. So GPS, GIS, Internet and other advanced technologies are combined to form WebGPS now. WebGPS integrate each superority and trait from GPS, GIS and Internet, learn from others's strong points to offset one's weakness, solved the obstacle that Traditional Supervising and controlling system based on GIS/GPS can't conquer.The thesis analysed the technology about GPS, GIS and Internet, and expatiated the whole process about the design and realization of the supervising and controlling center based on WebGPS. The thesis realized the transmission of GPS information, the issuance of electronic map in the internet, the supervising and controlling of vehicle and the discription of it's track, and composed a network station to serve for network users. In the process of the design, because the delay of the internet is badly and infect the display fo the supervising and controlling process, we bring forward the idea that the track is described in client side not server side , and realized this idea using some certain technology.Because of the limitation of time and energy, the functions realized in this research are limit, but it's enough to be the basical functions of a supervising and controlling center based on WebGPS. I think the research is continue, and the function are consummated, the use of this supervising and controlling center will improve the benefit of the vehicles and enhance the competility of carrying trade. It will benefit us greatly. |
