Urban engineering geology environmental conditions are the basis for urban planning construction and development.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,Haidong City,Qinghai Province is becoming an important area for industrial and agricultural production and sustained economic development in the province.In order to serve the new urban construction plan,it is extremely important to carry out the engineering geo-environmental assessment and suitability research in the corresponding regions.The paper takes the 1:50000 Ping'an(J48E021001)amplitude as the research object,based on the field geological survey,the engineering geological environment conditions in the study area were systematically analyzed,and a reasonable evaluation factor was selected.With the help of the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS software,The groundwater conditions in the study area,the stability of geological hazards,and the bearing capacity of the foundation were evaluated.Based on a comprehensive evaluation method combining systematic clustering and principal component analysis,the ArcGIS software and SPSS data analysis software were used to analyze and evaluate the study area.The stability of the site,the stability of the foundation and the suitability of geological environmental engineering construction.Mainly achieved the following understandings and conclusions:1.The research area is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Qishuihe River Basin,which is a plateau continental climate;the central and northern parts of the area are located in the low-medium mountainous area of the Dabanshan branch and the southern plain of the Weishui River valley.The overall topography is high in the north and south and low in the middle.According to the geomorphology and genesis,the study can be divided into erosion plains,loess accumulation landforms and structural erosion landforms.Among them,the plain in the valley plain has typical multi-layered and interbedded structures,and the overall engineering geological conditions are general.Since the neotectonic movement in the region,the main manifestation is that with the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau extrusion uplifting,although the surface structure is strongly deformed,it is generally relatively The stable Xining-Ledu Basin area;according to the seismic data,the study area has no epicenter distribution and is affected by the earthquakes in the adjacent areas.The basic earthquake intensity is VII degrees.2.The groundwater in the basement of the study area in the study area has poor conditions for the occurrence of the groundwater,and the fissures in the bedrock are poor and scattered;the conditions for the groundwater in the river(ditch)valley are better,and the water quality in the upper and middle reaches of each channel is good.In the thin zones and in the lower reaches of the aquifers on both sides of the middle reaches of the river valley,the long-term runoff and water quality deteriorate.3.Geological disasters in the region are mainly collapse,landslides,and mud-rock flows,which are mainly distributed on the high and steep slopes on the margins of the hilly areas on both sides of the Weishui River Valley and the tributary river valleys and the Zhigou Valley,especially on the hill slopes on both sides of Shuimogou.Disaster hazards are more concentrated.The main influencing factors of geological disasters in the region are:landform,concentrated rainfall and human engineering activities.4.Based on the geo-environmental engineering suitability evaluation results of the crust stability,site stability and foundation stability conditions,the study area can be divided into suitable areas(I),more suitable areas(II),general suitable areas(III)and unsuitable areas(IV)with an area of 16.8 km~2,47.1 km~2,136.3 km~2 and 215.8 km~2 respectively.Among them,suitable areas are mainly distributed in the old town of Pingan Town,Caojiapu Airport and the south of the airport,which are suitable for planning various construction projects.
