Land resource is the basic survival and development material for the human being, it is sources to create other social wealth and also an important foundation of economic and social development. Sustainable socio-economic development must take sustainable land use for protection, as a result of this, sustainable utilization of land resource is one of the most important issues for the quantitative analysis to land resource and its sustainable utilization,the research has certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of land development planning and environmental planning as well as for the regional sustainability assessment of land ecosystem.The research set sustainable utilization of land resource evaluation as a question, screening the appropriate index factor based on theory and principles and establishing sustainable land use evaluation index system, to establish an criteria layer, integrated index layer as well as a comprehensive evaluation model based on the total target layer finally supplemented by examples.List main achievements of this study as follows:(1) Study on the index system:Take land Eco-system as a large complex system, applicate the idea of engineering system, condering the degree of socio-economic feasibility, environmental supporting degree, resource supporting degree, and the land resource degradation four aspects for the first time, according to the target layer-the criterion level-indicators Multi-layer hierarchy constructed by the degree of social and economic feasibility, environmental support, resource support, and integration degree of land resource degradation four indicators and the integration of a number of basic indicators constitute in the index system.(2) Study on sustainable utilization of land resource model:Through analysis of the basic indicators of the intrinsic factors, interaction rules and the role of the integration index factors, established regional population density model, economic development level model, location advantage model, soil supporting Model, water conservation supporting model, biodiversity conservation support Model, soil erosion sensitivity model and the potential risks of geological disasters as an integrated model index, by analyzing the interaction of an integrated index model to establish the degree of socio-economic feasibility model, degree of environmental support model, resource support Model. Through a comprehensive analysis of the interface between the model and its contribution to the overall goal of the role, to establish sustainable land use degree index model ultimately. The model has a certain innovation.(3) Model implementation technology research:using GIS spatial analysis function module and the extraction function in RS realized grid unit operation and formed sustainable utilization of land resource degrees integrated technology system model. Technology system including GIS vector technology, space analysis technology, density technique, interpolation technique, slope extraction, neighborhood statistical techniques and RS of remote sensing images pretreatment, visual interpreting reading technology and results expression. Based on grid of sustainable utilization of land resource degree integration technology application did not see reports.(4)Case-based model validation:based on the index system about evaluation of sustainable land use and related models system foundation, selecting TianZhen county as its research object, using relevant technical means and methods to evaluate sustainable utilization of land resource in TianZhen county, research results and practical status has good alignment, it shows the correctness and operability of the model and methods. The research also provides certain scientific basis and technical support for both the area ecological environmental protection, land resource planning and the industrial layout.
