With the development of the society and the economy, it is estimated that nearly thousand billion Yuan would be invested for land consolidation to ensure the national food safety every year. With the overall progress of land consolidation, its influence on the landscape ecological environment is also paid more attention by governments, experts and scholars. Karst geomorphology is one of the most fragile ecosystems on the earth, one of the widely distributed in southwest China, and land use and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent in the region. The researches on landscape ecology and benefit evaluation of the land consolidation have become the requirements of the country as well as the self-development of land consolidation. The paper takes Guizhou province as a case, and the main research contents were as follows:(1) This paper analyzed land use change and reveal driving factors in Guizhou province from 1996 to 2008. The results indicated:â‘ that during 1996 and 2008 in Guizhou province, the main land use changes resulted from the changes of cultivated land and forest land, the land use structures showed forest land, garden plot, residential areas and industrial and mining land, waters and traffic lands increased significantly, cultivated land, grassland and unutilized land were a decreasing trend;â‘¡The information entropy and equilibrium degree of land use structure showed a process of"increased-decreased-increased"and a growing trend in general;â‘¢The regional differences of garden plot changes was larger among the eight land uses, while grassland was less. The land use changes of the western region were more significantly than the eastern region.â‘£The driving factors of changes in land use structure were ecological de-farming policy and economic society development.(2)The paper studied the effects of land use change on ecosystem service values in Guizhou province from 1996 to 2008. The results show that the total ecosystem services value in the study area in 2008 is higher of 5.908 billions Yuan than that in 1996, and an increase rate 3.01% for the increase of forest land area and its higher ecosystem services coefficients. Change rate of ecosystem services value of the northwest region were more significantly than the southeast region in Guizhou province. It may be concluded that ecosystem service value is determined by land use type. The coefficient sensitivity of the study indicates that it is reasonable for the coefficient to be used in the study area.(3) The paper discussed the main points of landscape ecology planning and design in land consolidation that based on the theory of landscape ecological planning and design. At the same time, taking a land consolidation project in Libo country, Guizhou as an example, the landscape planning and design of farmland patch, irrigation and drainage engineering, road engineering and biodiversity projection engineering are conducted, thereby contributing the conservation of the natural landscape and biodiversity.(4)The AHP-Fuzzy evaluation module was constructed in this paper, which was applied to determine the weight of the index and calculate the benefits of the land consolidation project. Libo land consolidation project of Guizhou was selected as the typical cases in karst area to evaluate and analyze the benefits of the project. The study showed that AHP-Fuzzy was effective and of high maneuverability in the evaluation of benefit.
