Land resource is an important part of the natural resources needed for human survival and development.With the continuous development of human society and the progress of the level of science and technology,the utilization efficiency of land resource is gradually improved.But at the same time,uncontrolled demand and improper use have brought a heavy burden and negative impact on the land.As the largest developing country in the world,China has vast land resource.But there are also some problems,such as large population,low population quality,low level of productivity,imperfect land policy and so on.In view of China's unique national conditions,we still need to draw lessons of the development experience from developed countries.Soil salinization has always been one of the soil problems concerned at home and abroad.Due to the influence of natural and man-made factors,land salinization or alkalinization leads to the decline of land fertility,unable to cultivate normally,and affects land income and farmers' income.On the basis of the study of land renovation,this paper makes a detailed investigation and understanding of the general situation of the project area by taking the Toudaoqiao Town and Sandaoqiao Town of Hangjin Houqi in the field construction project of "National Planning for Increasing Grain Production Capacity of 100 Billion Jin" as an example.19 indexes are selected from the three aspects of economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit to establish the evaluation index system of saline-alkali land renovation,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the comprehensive benefits of saline-alkali land renovation in the project area.This paper summarizes the following conclusions:(1)Through the analysis,the evaluation result of this project is between good and excellent,and the overall effect is satisfactory.(2)Under the influence of land type,the weight of project evaluation index is biased towards economic and social benefits.There is a clear focus on the treatment of different types of land.(3)The financial support and organizational leadership of the government are the important guarantee for the success of the land renovation project.(4)From the point of view of ecological benefit,the project has achieved good results in "salt control" and "water control",which is the main reason for the high evaluation score of ecological benefit index.(5)The project improved the land quality of the experimental area,but there was no significant increase in residents' income.According to the results,this study makes the following suggestions:(1)Strengthen the policy and financial guarantee of land renovation.(2)Strengthen the publicity and guidance of the concept of sustainable land use.(3)Continue to promote agricultural extension.(4)Improve the infrastructure in rural areas.Pay attention to the construction of water conservancy facilities in agricultural land.(5)Scientifically formulate land governance planning and improve the evaluation system of land renovation.(6)Pay attention to mass participation.(7)Strengthen land management and improve the land supervision system.(8)Measures for saline-alkali land improvement projects need to be rich.
