Study On The Legal Issues In The Protection Of The Wetland Resources In Kiaochow Bay

The protection of wetland resources has been receiving ever-increasing attention from people in recent years, and especially the issue to protect the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay has already aroused social attention with the implementation of Qingdao City's strategy of "protection around the Bay and development based on the Bay". The author thinks that the most effective solution to all problems concerning the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay at present is to protect the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay through the legal means. This thesis determines the legal issues in the protection of the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay as the study object through the study on foreign wetland resources protection and reference to the experiences of other provinces in our country in the protection of the wetland resources. This thesis is made up of 6 parts altogether. The first part is the introduction which explains the meaning of the author's selected subject, including the background and research meaning of the selected subject; the current research situation includes the current situation at home and abroad, literature review, etc; research method and thesis structure; thesis innovation and deficiency. The second part introduces the definition and classification of the wetland. The third part is about the background of the legal protection for the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay, including the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay and its ecosystem structure, characteristics of the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay and comprehensive assessment for the protection of the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay. The fourth part deals with the necessity of strengthening the legal protection for the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay, including the wetland resource crisis in Kiaochow Bay, legal system issue concerning the wetland resource crisis in Kiaochow Bay and the advantage in strengthening the legal protection for the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay. The fifth part explains the feasibility of the legal protection for the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay, including its policy basis, social basis and basis of the legal system. The sixth part introduces the recommendation of the protection law for the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay, and the thesis puts forward its proposal in strengthening the protection in lawmaking, law enforcement and administration of law by taking the characteristics of the wetland resources in Kiaochow Bay into consideration and making reference to the experiences of foreign countries and other provinces of our country.
