| As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China’s economic development has also entered a new normal,and high-quality development has become the theme of the times.However,the current supply-side structural contradiction has become a bottleneck for high-quality economic development.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that supply-side structural reform must be adhered to.In the overall situation of the current reform,realizing the optimal allocation of regional scientific and technological innovation resources is the premise of deepening the supply-side reform and promoting high-quality economic development.The national high-tech zone with the most concentrated innovation resources in the country has become a regional innovation resource gathering area and a high ground for institutional innovation.Therefore,under the background of accelerating the construction of the new development pattern of "dual circulation",it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to use the national high-tech zone to promote the supply-side reform,cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises,and improve the innovation performance of enterprises.In this context,this thesis takes the enterprises settled in the national high-tech zone as the research object,and aims to improve the innovation performance of the enterprise,and systematically evaluates the impact of the establishment of the national high-tech zone on the innovation performance of enterprises from a micro perspective.Based on the stakeholder theory,this thesis constructs the mechanism of the establishment of national high-tech zones on the innovation performance of enterprises,and discusses the mediating role of the core competitiveness of enterprises.This thesis analyzes the channels through which the national high-tech zone plays a role in the innovation performance of enterprises,and puts forward some strategic suggestions for the improvement of enterprise innovation performance by the national high-tech zone,and provides a theoretical basis for the decision-making of the government and enterprises.First,this thesis constructs an empirical mathematical model of the impact of national high-tech zones on enterprise innovation performance.The model adopts the Propensity Score Matching(PSM)method and selects the panel data of listed companies in the manufacturing field in China from 2006 to 2018 for model validation.The heterogeneity test is carried out from the perspectives of regional differences,enterprise ownership,industry attributes,etc.,and discusses the differential impact of the establishment of high-tech zones by the state on the innovation performance of enterprises under different circumstances.The empirical results show that the establishment of national high-tech zones has a significant role in promoting the innovation performance of enterprises.Compared with the eastern region,the national high-tech zone in the underdeveloped central and western regions has a more significant impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.The establishment of national high-tech zones can further improve the innovation performance of non-state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises.Secondly,this thesis defines the main functions of stakeholders in national high-tech zones,and defines the main stakeholders of the establishment of national high-tech zones,and analyzes the conditions and trends of innovation and development of enterprises in China’s high-tech zones.Based on social contract theory,industrial cluster theory,and new growth theory,this thesis constructs a model of the direct action mechanism of national high-tech zones on enterprise innovation performance.This thesis identifies the key factors that affect the innovation performance of enterprises,namely,the core competitiveness of enterprises and enterprise value,constructs the mediating mechanism of enterprise core competitiveness,and analyzes the moderating effect of enterprise value on the impact of national high-tech zones on enterprise innovation performance.At the same time,this thesis selects representative Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Zone,Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone,Xi’an High-tech Zone,etc.to carry out case analysis,and explores the impact mechanism and effective channels of national high-tech zones on enterprise innovation performance.Three conclusions are drawn from practice.First,the establishment of national high-tech zones has an impact on enterprise innovation through the implementation of industrial policies and the expansion of financing channels.Second,the establishment of national high-tech zones has an impact on enterprise innovation through the concentration of R&D personnel and the increase in R&D investment.Third,the three national high-tech zones will have developmental differences due to different regions,and will also have problems affecting the degree of innovation due to differences in the nature of the industry.Based on the above analysis,this thesis constructs a theoretical model of the mechanism of the establishment of national high-tech zones on enterprise innovation performance.Thirdly,this thesis introduces the intermediary variable of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and studies the mechanism and difference of the effect of national high-tech zones on the innovation performance of enterprises.The mathematical analysis model is constructed from two aspects: the effect of the establishment of the national high-tech zone on the core competitiveness of the enterprise and the effect of the core competitiveness of the enterprise on the innovation performance of the enterprise.The analysis model selects the panel data of listed companies in A-share stock market from 2010 to 2017 for data test and regression analysis,which verifies the mediating role of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Through the establishment of a good business environment,the large-scale construction of financing channels,the collaboration of industry-university-research innovation,the introduction of high-tech talents,the support of government preferential policies,the construction of supporting facilities in the park,and the introduction of upstream and downstream supply chains,the establishment of the national high-tech zone has a great impact on the core competitiveness of enterprises,which is verified by the regression test.At the same time,the role of the core competitiveness of the enterprise on the innovation performance of the enterprise is also tested through indicators such as the number of invention patents,the enterprise profitability,the enterprise cash flow and the enterprise net asset profit rate,and the results are analyzed and discussed.Finally,based on the DDD(Difference-in-differences-in-differences)method,this thesis constructs an analysis model of the effective channels of national high-tech zones on the innovation performance of enterprises.From the perspectives of enterprise R&D personnel,enterprise R&D investment,financing channel constraints,policy effect channels and enterprise supply chain,the data analysis of effective channels is carried out.According to the analysis results,this thesis puts forward the strategic suggestions for the establishment of national high-tech zones to improve the innovation performance of Chinese enterprises.From the following three dimensions:formulating precise innovation policies at the macro level,strengthening cluster innovation capabilities at the industry level,and optimizing the corporate value reputation mechanism at the micro level,this thesis puts forward targeted strategic suggestions. |
