Nowadays,the world is at the threshold of great changes,great opportunities and great challenges.The economy and society have entered the digital era irreversibly.With profound and complex changes in the technological revolution,socio-economic structure,and globalization pattern,China is entering a new period of development,exploring a new path of innovation-driven entrepreneurship development.In recent years,through continuous exploration,a large number of high-tech enterprises have gradually achieved industrial transformation and innovation catch-up,and have been effective in technological innovation.However,according to the relevant data,how to transform technological innovation into products/services that meet the market demand in time,that is,to improve the technology commercialization capability,is still a problem that puzzles most high-tech enterprises.This means that the chain of innovation-driven entrepreneurship has not yet been fully established,which not only reduces the resilience and sustainability of high-tech enterprises development,but also brings downward pressure on high-quality development in China.It should be noted that a number of digital entrepreneurial ecosystems built with digital means are emerging in China,which highlight the unique enabling mechanism to enhance the technology commercialization capability.On the one hand,a series of related organizations in the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem are interrelated in a closer way,forming symbiotic relationships to enhance technology commercialization capability,and then obtain continuous explosive performance.Organizations are reshaping the business way,and the traditional isolated island development has gradually transformed into a new paradigm of ecological development,which high-tech enterprises coexist with supply chain partners,users and other stakeholders.The multiplier effect generated by mutual empowerment releases more value,plays an important role in improving production efficiency,enhancing user experience and optimizing product structure,therefore,significantly enhances the technology commercialization capability of high-tech enterprises.On the other hand,by building flexible and easy-to-use digital infrastructure,digital entrepreneurship ecosystem is gathering a large number of cross-boundary/cross-domain organizations to achieve integration,and attracting multiple types of organizations to participate spontaneously and constantly collide with each other to release more efficiency.The digital entrepreneurship ecosystem achieves the scale effect of "one butterfly tremor,could also bring about a hurricane".In this way,the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem further deepens the virtuous efficiency triggered by symbiotic relationships,adjusts and optimizes the rhythm and precision of technology commercialization capability of high-tech enterprises,and ultimately achieves the core development purposes,which are value enhancement,cost reduction and efficiency increase.Based on the practical and theoretical background,this study raises the following key scientific questions:(1)How can high-tech enterprises construct symbiotic relationships to improve technology commercialization capability,so as to achieve performance?(2)What are the attributes of digital entrepreneurship ecosystem?(3)What is the moderating effect of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem attributes in the relationship path of "symbiotic relationship-technology commercialization capability-enterprise performance" ?To explain the research question above,this study takes high-tech enterprises as the research object,explores the inner link of symbiotic relationships,technology commercialization capability and enterprise performance,and also explores the moderating effect of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem attributes in the relationship path of "symbiotic relationship-technology commercialization capability-enterprise performance".Specifically,this study anchors on the core ideas of resource dependence theory,dynamic capability theory and socio-technical system theory to form default model.Secondly,four high-tech enterprises in Malan Mountain Video Cultural Innovation Park and Cloud Town in China were selected for case analysis,which aimed at exploring the core dimensions and refining the attributes of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,i.e.,flexibility,convergence and derivability.Meanwhile,according to the case analysis,this study explores the relationship between core constructs,combines with the insights of relevant theories to form the theoretical model.Thirdly,according to the relationship between variables in the theoretical model,this study proposes relevant hypotheses based on rigorous theoretical derivation.After that,the author selected typical digital entrepreneurship ecosystems in regions with different entrepreneurial activity level,including Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park,Hangzhou Cloud Town,Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Industrial Park,Suzhou Industrial Park,Changsha Malan Mountain Video Cultural Innovation Park,Guangzhou Creative Industrial Park,Changchun Beihu Park.The author conducted mass questionnaire,distributed in the areas which are mentioned above,totally collected 413 valid questionnaires,and then used statistical analysis software to analyze the data and test the hypotheses.Of the 21 research hypotheses proposed in this study,19 were supported by the data and 2 hypotheses did not pass the empirical test.Finally,the research conclusion is formed.This study combines theoretical analysis,qualitative and quantitative research and other methods to obtain the following research conclusions:(1)Symbiotic relationships positively affect enterprise performance;(2)Symbiotic relationships positively affect technology commercialization capability;(3)Technology commercialization capability plays a mediating role in the relationship between symbiotic relationships and enterprise performance;(4)The flexibility of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem positively moderates the relationship between symbiotic relationships and technology commercialization capability;(5)The convergence of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem positively moderates the relationship between symbiotic relationships and technology commercialization capability;(6)The derivability of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem positively moderates the relationship between symbiotic relationships and technology commercialization capability;(7)Flexibility,convergence and derivability of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem positively moderates the relationship between technology commercialization capability and enterprise performance.This study proposes that high-tech enterprises could enhance their technology commercialization capability by building symbiotic relationships,so as to obtain performance.Meanwhile,in the context of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,the attributes of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem play a key role in strengthening the link of "symbiosis relationship-technology commercialization capability-enterprise performance".Based on the research conclusions,this study makes three theoretical contributions: First,on the basis of clarifying the concept of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,this study refines attributes of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,and develop the measurement scale of these attributes,so as to lay the tool foundation for improving the theory of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem.Second,this study clarifies the concept and dimensions of symbiotic relationship,and constructs the logical connection between symbiotic relationship,technology commercialization capability and enterprise performance,so as to improve the research of effect mechanism of symbiotic relationship.Third,this study explores the moderating effects of the attributes of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem,and deepens the contextual research on symbiotic relationship and technology commercialization capability.In addition,the practical implications of this study are as follows: First,in the macro aspects,this study is helpful to provide policy reference for the implementation of national strategies.Second,in the meso aspect,this study provides reference for the construction of digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.Third,in the micro aspect,this study provides guidance and reference for the development of high-tech enterprises.This study calls for high-tech enterprises to strengthen the construction of ecological community.Creating value with the force of symbiotic relationships has become an important way for high-tech enterprises to win the future.Meanwhile,high-tech enterprises should pay attention to how to leverage the core strength of digital entrepreneurial ecosystem to improve their own development.This research was supported by
