| Under the background of economic globalization, domestic and foreign attention to entrepreneurship-related activities is getting closer and closer.A good social and economic environment has spawned a large number of entrepreneurial activities, and high-tech zones are one of the main places for entrepreneurial activities. With the increasingly close circulation of information resources among various actors in hightech zones, the relationship between entrepreneurial entities and various incubation institutions and a series of entrepreneurial environments is becoming closer and closer. At this time,an entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem has been formed in hightech zones.Mature systems can gather resources, provide better conditions for enterprise growth, and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship. In recent years, due to the continuous attention of the academic community to entrepreneurship, there have been a large number of studies on entrepreneurship incubation. The existing research perspectives are relatively macro, mostly static. It is still a relatively new research direction to study the dynamic relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises in high-tech zones and surrounding entities and the external environment based on the perspective of symbiosis.Based on the review of related research on the symbiosis concept, entrepreneurial ecosystem, entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem,high-tech zone entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem, and incubator, this paper uses the symbiotic evolution model analysis method to study the innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises in the system. The symbiotic model of the main body in the system is analyzed from five aspects:independent growth model, parasitic symbiosis model, partial symbiosis model, symmetrical reciprocal symbiosis model, and asymmetric reciprocal symbiosis model. From the three stages of independent growth, binary symbiosis, and multi-symbiosis,the process of the entrepreneurial subject and other subjects gradually forming a close relationship is analyzed. Each process and each growth model are analyzed simultaneously to form a schematic diagram of the whole process of symbiotic evolution of the entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem in the high-tech zone.At the same time,it introduces the analysis of the symbiotic connotation, symbiotic mode, and characteristics of the ecosystem, studies the growth and evolution mechanism of entrepreneurial enterprises in the region from the perspective of symbiosis, and discusses the dynamic mechanism of the main body symbiosis in the entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem of the high-tech zone.Based on the research of the entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem with entrepreneurial enterprises and incubators as the core, the symbiotic evolution model of multi-agent symbiosis in the entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem of the high-tech zone is constructed, and its evolutionary equilibrium point and stability conditions are analyzed, and the evolutionary path system of each subject is simulated. Finally, this paper further takes the high-tech zone entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem as an example, depicts the symbiotic relationship and symbiotic stage among the entrepreneurial subjects in the high-tech zone entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem, verifies the applicability of the model in the real situation, explains the internal mechanism of the development of entrepreneurial enterprises through information, resource flow and benefit sharing in the high-tech zone entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem, and the interaction mechanism among the entrepreneurial enterprises, incubators, and scientific research institutions in the high-tech zone entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem,to provide a reference for the formation of entrepreneurial incubation ecosystem in the region. It guides start-ups to build a development system with themselves as the core through multi-agent platforms such as incubators and governments,to achieve better development of multi-agents in the system, provide practical guidance and theoretical reference for the development of high-tech zones, and provide a theoretical framework. |
