| The practical teaching space of higher vocational education is an effective carrier for the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,a key representation of the "occupation" in higher vocational education personnel training,an important field for enabling technical skills talents to cultivate model workers and craftsmen in a big country,a critical support for the typed development of higher vocational education,and the talent pool and intelligence pool for enabling the development of regional economy and local industries.However,there are many practical problems in the practical teaching space of higher vocational education,such as space disability,space imbalance,space limitation,space gap,space chaos and so on,there is also a lack of systematic attention and in-depth research on these existing problems.The question studied in this paper are: whether the four-dimensional practice teaching such as school dimension,enterprise dimension,social dimension and independent innovation dimension have different effects on the practice teaching space of higher vocational education? How about the practice pattern of higher vocational education practice teaching space? What is the theoretical logic of the construction of practical teaching space in higher vocational education? How to construct the practice teaching space of higher vocational education? What is the future development prospect of higher vocational education practice teaching space? This study targets the spatial imbalance and the lack of schoolenterprise cooperation that exists in the dominant "school dimension" and the other three weak dimensions "Enterprise dimension,social dimension,independent innovation dimension" in the practical teaching space,with comprehensive application of educational reproduction theory,field theory,management theory and other related theories.According to the way of combining theory and practice,and the concept of dialectical unity between qualitative research and empirical research,it analyzes the "should run" status of practical teaching space,investigates the "real run" status of practical teaching space,draws the conclusion of the imbalance of practical teaching space,combs the logic of practical teaching space construction,and puts forward the idea,method and path of reconstructing the practical teaching space,which helps to solve the problem of spatial imbalance of practical teaching and improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational education practice teaching space.From the perspective of the focus of the research,this research mainly focuses on six sections,namely,“should run” value research,“real run” sample research,“inevitable” construction logic research,three-dimensional construction research,guarantee mechanism research and practice case research and future prospect research.The specific research contents are as follows:First,the study of the “should run” value of practical teaching space of higher vocational education is mainly committed to exploring the value that the practical teaching space of higher vocational education should have from “root search and source exploration”,“connotation interpretation”,“construction dimension” to “value orientation”.It lays a foundation for the development and construction of practical teaching space in higher vocational education.Second,the study of “real run” form of practical teaching space of higher vocational education,mainly based on relevant literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,etc.is used to construct the framework of the teaching space of the higher vocational education and the three-dimensional framework structure of the higher vocational education practical teaching space with four first-level dimensions,nine secondary dimensions and 27 three-level dimensions.Based on this study,a questionnaire was developed suitable for the practical teaching space of higher vocational education,and a questionnaire survey was conducted for higher vocational students to obtain sample data on the practical teaching space of higher vocational education.Data are used to analyze the teaching space using SPSS23 and excel2016.The results are analyzed and discussed to obtain the “real” state of the practical teaching space of higher vocational education.It provides the factual basis and construction direction for the “inevitable” construction of practical teaching space in higher vocational education.Third,the logic research of “inevitable” construction of higher vocational education practice teaching.The main research of “inevitable” construction logic is mainly committed to exploring the internal law of practical teaching space of higher vocational education,taking talent training and human development needs as the logical origin,exploring the logical framework of practical teaching space of higher vocational education according to the fourdimensional organic integration of “school,enterprise,society and self”,and exploring the development direction of the practical teaching space to adapt to the three-dimensional development of vocational education,the service of local economic construction and the rural revitalization.Fourth,research on the three-dimensional construction of higher vocational education practice teaching space.The process research of three-dimensional construction is committed to exploring the relationship framework of the spatial field of higher vocational education practice and exploring the logic construction of practical teaching space of higher vocational education from school dimension space,enterprise dimension space,social dimension space and independent innovation dimension space,so as to ensure the effective realization of technical skills objectives of practical teaching space.Fifth,the guarantee mechanism research of practical teaching space of higher vocational education.Institutional guarantee mechanism research starts comparative analysis of system design specifically from the state,the Ministry of Education,local governments and schools to promote the development of vocational education and the development of higher vocational education practical teaching space,exploring a mechanism suitable for the three-dimensional development of vocational education.The internal driving force of school-enterprise cooperation is the core of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration.This study explores the path of improving the school-enterprise cooperation ability of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of school,enterprise and social cooperation status and incentive mechanism,exploring the methods and strategies of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises from the perspective of interest coordination and distribution as well as the formation of government,school,industry and enterprise interest community from power,responsibility relationship and role positioning.Sixth,the practice case and future prospect research of practical teaching space of higher vocational education.Practice case study is mainly committed to the research of SD College in the construction of the “should run” state of higher vocational education practice teaching space in higher vocational education.The future prospect research mainly explores the orientation of space enabling higher vocational college types,training of space enabling skills,training of space enabling big countries craftsmen,and space enabling local economic development.In conclusion,this study constructs a theoretical framework for practical teaching space in higher vocational education,explores the inevitable logic of the development of this teaching space,clarifies the relationship between power and responsibility and interaction between subjects in this teaching space,clears responsibilities,obligations and rights in the construction of an effective space,puts forward the guarantee mechanism of constructing effective space and explores the structure system of practical teaching space of higher vocational education.These studies provide a certain reference basis from the theoretical level for subsequent researchers to explore the current situation and future development trend of practical teaching in vocational education,and some reference for the vocational education practical teaching reform from the practical level.Admittedly,there’s still a long way ahead in promoting the school-enterprise cooperation,industry-education integration,and improving the quality of the development of the practical teaching space of higher vocational education,however,the common vision of promoting the quality development of vocational education practice and teaching quality has been formed. |
