The practical teaching system,as a key part of vocational education technical skill talents training,is the main position and main battlefield for cultivating students’ hands-on ability in industrial colleges,and is also an important force to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.At present,in order to meet the needs of the deep transformation of China’s industrial structure,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,alleviate the phenomenon of "recruitment difficulties" of enterprises,and balance the structural contradiction between supply and demand of industrial development,exploring the construction of an integrated practical teaching system of industrial colleges and universities has become an important tool to improve the quality of talent training in industrial colleges and universities,which is essential for It is of great significance to contribute to economic and social development,industrial transformation and upgrading,and education and teaching reform.Based on the background of high-quality development of industrial colleges and universities,this paper proposes the "four systems and seven elements" structure of the practical teaching system of industrial colleges and universities from the perspective of system theory through the definition of core concepts and literature review,combining the theories of system theory,tacit knowledge theory,competence-based education theory and other theories,and based on the scientific construction principles and methods."The four systems are the driving system,leading system,supporting system and evaluation system of practical teaching;the seven elements include conceptual elements,target elements,curriculum elements,process elements,management elements,resource elements and evaluation elements.Based on this,a case study of seven elements of practice teaching system in ICT industry college of a model higher vocational institution in Guangxi is used for research verification.Through questionnaire survey,teachers’ interview and managers’ interview,the study finds that there are problems of low enthusiasm of participation and poor understanding of objectives at the level of practice teaching driving system;at the level of practice teaching leading system,there are problems of outdated course contents,rationalization of class time to be strengthened,lack of innovation in teaching methods,In the level of practice teaching support system,there are problems such as lack of management organization,unclear management system,and teaching resources cannot meet the demand;in the level of practice teaching evaluation system,there are problems such as single evaluation method,solidification of participating evaluation subjects,and lack of uniformity of evaluation standards,etc.These problems are further discovered.The constraints of these problems are further identified.Finally,specific strategies for the construction of practical teaching system in industrial colleges and universities are proposed from the level of four systems: the practical teaching driving system should be precisely positioned to realize the unification of goals and concepts;the practical teaching leading system should adhere to the competence orientation to improve teaching quality and supply continuous empowerment;the practical teaching support system should adhere to the mutual symbiosis to build a new strategy for the integration of industry and education management;the practical teaching evaluation system should follow dynamic and flexible,and insist on multiple subjects and diversity.
