Applied Research On Practical Physical Education Teaching Drilling Technology Specialty In Xinjiang Higher Vocational College

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education,but they are equally important.Higher vocational colleges should base on the overall development of students’ general physical quality,take the way of combining physical education and specialties,and then focus on developing special professional quality and improving working ability to adapt to the future employment environment.Taking 80 students of the drilling technology major in petroleum engineering department in 2018 of Karamay vocational and technical college as the experimental research object,this paper designs vocational practical physical education teaching according to the characteristics of the future occupation of the experimental object,carries out experiments in groups,and conducts research by using literature material,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics.By applying the research methods mentioned above,this paper carries out vocational practical physical education teaching on 40 students majoring in drilling technology,and conducts experiments and analyses from questionnaires and test items for students in experimental and control classes,and draws the following conclusions: 1.At present,the college’s facilities,faculty level and course arrangement meet the normal teaching needs;the lack of teachers leads to single teaching content and a lack of vocational practical physical education.2.Teachers and students think it is necessary to carry out vocational practical physical education teaching,which can not only satisfy the characteristics of the current vocational colleges,but also play a positive role in the future employment and life of students,and benefit the future career development of them.3.Based on the characteristics of drilling workers,the guiding ideology,teaching objectives,course content setting and assessment method construction of vocational practical physical education are suitable for the physical education construction of drilling technology major,and teachers and students are highly recognized to add vocational practical physical education into the physical education curriculum.4.Professional practical physical education teaching has significantly improved students’ performance in push-ups,pull-ups,plank exercises,sit-ups,1000 meters and rope skipping.It shows that the quality of shoulder strap muscles,spine muscles and cardiopulmonary endurance has been enhanced.Professional practical physical education teaching meets the needs of professional physical fitness and is feasible for drilling technology specialty.
