of the important contents of the socialist core values of individual-level goal construction.The 19 th National Congress further clarified“strengthening the construction of mechanisms for preventing and resolving social conflicts”,promoting the “social psychological service system construction,and fostering self-esteem.A confident,rational,peaceful,and positive social mentality.”Preventing and resolving social contradictions,and cultivating and practicing a socially friendly attitude have become a basic project for the modernization of socialist governance with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is not only the fundamental requirement of cultivating and practicing socialist core values,but also the urgent need of colleges and universities to realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people to strengthen the education of interpersonal friendship and establish good and healthy interpersonal relationship among college students.This article is guided by the Marxist theoretical system,using literature research,systematic research,theory and empirical,quantitative and qualitative methods,on the basis of defining the core concept of interpersonal friendship,analysis and construction of the theoretical basis of interpersonal friendship among college students and The formation mechanism explores and validates the theoretical conception of college students’ interpersonal friendship,discusses and analyzes the performance and causes of the poor operation of the formation mechanism of college students’ interpersonal friendship,and studies and explores the path construction of optimizing college students’ interpersonal friendship development education.First of all,based on the summary of domestic and foreign research on college students’ interpersonal friendship and development education,it focuses on the definition and analysis of core concepts such as “friendliness” and “interpersonal friendship”.Combining the historical research of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign friendly thoughts,it is pointed out that the mechanism of interpersonal friendship is based on the combined effect of social evolutionary psychological genes,acquired learning environment,and social cultural factors,which are mainly reflected in the three aspects of social evolution,social rationality,and social emotion.Kind of representative point of view.Secondly,it focuses on the theoretical conception and empirical verification research on the formation mechanism of college students’ interpersonal friendship.Based on the perspective of ideological and ethical construction,and on the basis of absorbing the reasonable core of the three representative viewpoints of the dynamic mechanism of interpersonal friendliness,this article theoretically constructs the two major modules of interpersonal friendliness awareness and interpersonal friendly behavior as the research framework,with educational models,model demonstrations,and group The five factors of norms,group characteristics,and the field of communication are the internal structure and generation mode of interpersonal friendliness in the context of conditions.Using questionnaire compilation and empirical research methods,the theoretical hypothesis and model construction of the formation mechanism of college students’ interpersonal friendship were tested and revised.Studies have shown that the College Student Interpersonal Friendship Rating Scale has good reliability and validity,and its structure mainly includes two modules:interpersonal friendship awareness(friendly cognition,friendly character,friendly ability)and interpersonal friendly behavior(friendly motivation,friendly intention,and friendly response)Composition,there is a significant positive relationship between the two factors,and the friendly subject and the friendly object have an interactive effect.Thirdly,it focuses on analyzing and demonstrating the status quo,characteristics and causes of problems of college students’ interpersonal friendship.Research shows that: First,the overall current situation of college students’ interpersonal friendship is at the upper-middle level,and the mainstream situation is generally positive,active and healthy,mutual help,friendship,and responsibility.However,there are also some common problems: insufficient arousal of friendly consciousness,weakened will of friendly character,relatively insufficient quality of friendly ability,friendly motives tend to be utilitarian,and there are differences in friendly knowledge and behavior;second,there are certain group differences in interpersonal friendship among college students.These differences are mainly manifested in the group characteristics formed by the differences in factors such as physiologically-oriented gender and growth,family-oriented economic conditions and intimacy,education-oriented knowledge structure and educational level,socially-oriented role expectations and cultural environment;Third,there are many reasons for college students’ interpersonal friendship problems,which are mainly reflected in the obvious tendency of friendly subject-based consciousness,insufficient supply of friendly education content,insufficient construction of friendly carrier mechanisms,and poor social-friendly environmental atmosphere.Finally,based on the ideological resources and practical experience of the development of interpersonal friendliness education in domestic and foreign universities,based on the four-dimensional perspective of the main body of interpersonal friendliness education,the content of education,the carrier of education,and the environment of education,the education of interpersonal friendliness of college students is proposed.The construction path.Research suggestion: In the development of the main body of education,it is necessary to further shape the character of interpersonal friendliness,develop the ability of interpersonal friendliness,strengthen the motivation of interpersonal friendliness,and awaken the consciousness of interpersonal friendliness,so as to consolidate the subject consciousness of interpersonal friendliness of college students;Realize the modernization of friendly education,highlight the concretization of friendly education,focus on the lifelongization of friendly education,highlight the value orientation of friendly education and human culture,and continuously improve the content of interpersonal friendliness education for the
