In the social background of the 21 st century in urgent need of change,teacher instructional leadership is the key to the improvement of education quality and teacher professional development.The improvement of college teachers’ comprehensive quality and the construction of teaching ability are the core factors for implementing the fundamental task of moral education and improving the quality of talent training.On the basis of sorting out the relevant concepts and research status of instructional leadership,the research of teachers’ teaching leadership is mostly focused on primary and secondary schools,and insufficient attention is paid to the instructional leadership of teachers in universities.In view of the unique characteristics of college teachers’ professional instructional knowledge base,autonomy of right guarantee and maturity of interactive objects,the status quo of instructional leadership of college teachers is investigated based on the role of teacher leaders.Based on the theory of management skills,from the concept skills,technical skills and interpersonal skills three dimensions,respectively put forward the college teachers instructional leadership factors and components,namely target pattern,instructional decision,instructional self-control,organization communication,instructional trust and instructional change six elements,and build the "three dimensional six force" college teachers instructional leadership structure model,expounds the instructional leadership in different stages of teachers’ career development.As teachers go through different stages of career development in the process of development,the dimension of instructional leadership also presents dynamic changes accordingly,that is,the primary,intermediate and advanced stages of instructional leadership.Through the analysis of the "three dimensions" of college teachers’ instructional leadership,it is concluded that the instructional leadership of college teachers is faced with the lack of leadership concept in instructional concept skills,the misunderstanding of knowledge transmission in instructional technology skills and the boundary barrier in instructional interpersonal skills.In view of the dilemma and the "six forces" elements,from the perspectives of teachers and universities,it is proposed that college teachers should take lifelong learning as the belief to constantly improve the consciousness of the pattern,take the noble character as the example for instructional reflection,promote the harmonious teacher-student relationship with communication and incentive,and gain the trust and follow of students with teaching performance.Colleges need to build a practical platform to cultivate teachers ’ ability to decide instructional and build a shared atmosphere and promote the promotion path of teachers’ instructional reform.It provides a reference for the instructional leadership construction of college teachers.
