| Higher Vocational Education is a type of national education which is as important as ordinary higher education and closely connected with the national economic and social development.Besides,Higher Vocational Education takes the significant responsibility of cultivating millions of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the Socialist Modernization of China.The Fourth Industrial Revolution has promoted the social productivity and shaped the social and economic structure and industrial development,thus China’s economy has shifted to high-quality development and the demand for hightech and skilled personnel is more urgent than ever.In this regard,our country has issued a series of documents,such as "Made in China 2025"," Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform ","Opinions on Implementing the Construction Plan of High-level Vocational Schools and Majors with Chinese characteristics" and "Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Vocational Education".These documents aim to promote the transformation of Higher Vocational Colleges from scale expansion to connotation construction,focus on cultivating high-tech and skilled talents with both moral and technical skills,and provide talent support for China’s economic development.Class is the minimum unit of talent training in higher vocational colleges.The effect of class construction has a profound impact on the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.However,there still exist many problems in the class construction of higher vocational colleges,as a result,the class’ s educational function t has not been fully played,which is far away from the expectations of the school and society.The research regards the class of higher vocational colleges as a living organism,and focuses on the construction of the class community of higher vocational colleges.According to the system theory,the demand level theory,the field dynamics theory and the practice community theory,and focuses on the issues,for example,what the class community of higher vocational colleges is,what the current situation of the construction of the class community of higher vocational colleges is,why the construction of the class community of higher vocational colleges is feasible.The research adopts such method0 logies as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,observation and case analysis to carry out relevant research.This research follows the research paradigm of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.On the one hand,it starts with the problems existing in the class construction of higher vocational colleges and analyzes the reasons behind the problems in depth;On the other hand,from the internal demand of class construction in higher vocational colleges,it explains the inevitability of class community construction in higher vocational colleges.Based on the in-depth explanation of the connotation and operation mechanism of class community in higher vocational colleges,the framework of class community construction in higher vocational colleges is initially constructed.In order to test the educational effectiveness of the class community model in higher vocational colleges,the researcher took a pilot class in schools as an example to conduct practical observation,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of this educational model,and put forward targeted optimization strategies.Specific research conclusions are as follows:From the perspective of theoretical tracing,system theory,demand level theory,field dynamics theory and practice community theory explain the relationship between class members,class resources and class activities,the driving force of class development,the aggregation of class forces,the construction of class atmosphere and the construction of class member relations from different angles,which provide theoretical support for the construction of class community in higher vocational colleges.From the status quo,there exist three representations,problems and attributions in the class construction of higher vocational colleges.The survey results show that the formalization of class objectives,the low degree of class members’ identity and the poor sense of belonging of class members are very prominent in the current class construction in higher vocational colleges,which all reflect the deep-seated problems such as the lack of teachers,students and the objective limitations of class construction in higher vocational colleges.Through attribution analysis,the researchers found that the root of the problem lies in the deviation of class positioning in higher vocational colleges,the neglect of needs of human development,the fragmentary nature of class education resources,the lack of policies and systems.Therefore,it requires that in the class construction of higher vocational colleges,the class objectives should be considered systematically from the perspective of human needs,so as to realize the training objective of cultivating high-tech and highly skilled talents with moral skills.From the perspective of internal demands,class construction in higher vocational colleges mainly covers three demands: the value demand of people-oriented promotion of human development,the management demand of systematic coordination with improving management efficiency,and the practical demand of strengthening professional skills based on posts.The internal demands of class construction in higher vocational colleges require the establishment of a co-prosperity and symbiotic education organism dominated by class objectives,a common life field based on the identity of class members,and a win-win energy field based on the sense of belonging of class members.These internal value demands require higher vocational colleges to transform collective education to common education.From the perspective of construction,the class community of higher vocational colleges contains three meanings,namely,the class goals shared by class members,identity of construction and obtainment of sense of belonging;In terms of operation mechanism,the mutual involvement of class members is the starting point of its operation.The common cause provides internal impetus for its operation,and the shared think tank provides important guarantee for its operation;In terms of theoretical framework,it includes four dimensions: Taking root-awakening needs and building the foundation of class cooperation;Strengthen the integration of physical education,post class competition and certificate,and gather the strength of class development;Casting the soul-invigorating the class with culture and displaying the wisdom of the class;Empowerment-build a platform and optimize the supply side structure.The theoretical framework points out the path for the construction of class community in higher vocational colleges.From the case,Class Z of School S adopts the theoretical framework of class community construction in Higher Vocational Colleges to implement its practice,which has reversed the passive situation: teachers of Class Z are unwilling to teach,students are unwilling to learn,counselors are reluctant to lead class Z and teachers in enterprises are loath to come,which formed the class community construction mode of "Four in,Three Blend,Three Guarantee".After one and a half years of construction,the class objectives were over-fulfilled,and the class members showed a "Three Power" state,that is,strong sense of gain,strong sense of identity and strong belonging when class Z students graduated from school,which to a certain extent proved the effectiveness of the class community construction mode of "Four in,Three Blend and Three Guarantee" of Class Z.From the perspective of construction strategies,facing the difficulties in the practice of class community construction in higher vocational colleges,the researchers put forward corresponding countermeasures,that is,improving the class organization and management ability of counselors,the professional practice guidance ability of professional teachers,systematically designing the class activities for optimizing the supply of practical activities,strengthening the information interaction between class members,gathering the focus of development,clearing the cognitive blind spots,and clearing the information blockage,promoting class members to deepen their understanding of the common goals,professional knowledge,professional skills and the relationship between class members in practice and cooperation,promoting the identity of class members,enhancing the cohesion among class members.In that case,we would promote the realization of the talent training objectives of higher vocational colleges.People are the starting point as well as the main body and the ultimate home of education.Without any doubt,people are key factor in the teaching of higher vocational college education.The construction of the class community in higher vocational colleges has firmly seized the core element of people.Moreover,it takes the common development of all class members as the starting point to pool people’s minds,mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of class members,and rely on the mutual involvement and support of all class members to form identity and professional identity,and form practical wisdom in concerted practice to complement the shortcomings of talents in higher vocational colleges,cultivate students into high-tech and skilled talents with both moral and technical skills,and meet the expectations of the school and society for talent training in higher vocational colleges. |
