Research On The Construction Of Ritual And Class Community

Under the educational concept of "people-oriented",the development of students is oriented to the development of ability,personality and psychology,and finally to the perfection of people.Class as an important carrier of education,academic circles have carried out a lot of research on class community,but the empirical research is less,this article regards ritual as a kind of strength of class community construction,carries on the qualitative research.In addition,ritual itself,as an important educational resource,has positive educational significance.Individuals get a sense of order and a sense of belonging by feeling an important moment in their lives.However,there are many problems in the course of class performance,which hinders its educational function.Based on the above background,this study,on the one hand,demonstrates the relationship between ritual and community in theory,and then probes into the relationship between ritual and class community in class;on the other hand,it adopts the method of observation.This paper selects two classes of a school to carry on the field investigation of the class ceremony,adopts the view of microscopic ceremony angle,carries on the analysis to present class ceremony development condition and its function in the class community,finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.Through qualitative data collection and analysis,this study puts forward the following findings and viewpoints:First of all,this study believes that the relationship between ceremony and community is a mutual influence,the transmission of community values and the maintenance of community ties need ceremony.At the same time,the ceremony clarifies the identity of the members of the community and stimulates the emotional energy among the members of thecommunity,and the nature of the ceremony also affects the nature of the community.Secondly,after discussing the relationship between ritual and community,we focus on the relationship between class ritual and class community.From the class' s characteristics,the class' s educational value,interactive style and spiritual characteristics all have the inherent requirements of the community.But from the collective to the community,the class still needs the common goal,the system safeguard,and teachers and students' recognition and ownership of the Class,among them manifests the order consciousness and the emotion characteristic all to highlight the ritual function.Therefore,the ceremony in the class is an effective means to construct the class community.Thirdly,using empirical research,the class rituals are divided into three categories: classroom rituals,communication rituals and ritualized material furnishings,and the three kinds of rituals are observed and reflected.It is found that ritual really plays an important role in the formation and development of class community,mainly in the formation of order in class community and the stimulation of emotional energy of class community members.At the same time,during the course of the ceremony,many problems appeared,including neglecting the function of the ceremony to the class community,weakening the main position of the students in the ritual exhibition,and because of the lack of solidarity rituals,it weakens the emotional characteristics of the class community.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the ritual in the class,aiming at how to use ritual effectively in Class Community,put forward some suggestions.The first is to re-examine the value of the ceremony,viewing rituals as an important educational resource.The other is to implement the interactive link in the ceremony to highlight the main thesubject position of students in the class community.Thirdly,pay attention to the unity ceremony in the class,strengthen the emotional characteristics of the class community,and attach importance to the construction of the ritualized class environment.Finally,establish a complete ritual structure,form a systematic ritual sequence.
