party building,and strengthening the construction of the ideological and political work system are important parts of the formation of a high-level talent training system.The "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the Ideological and Political Work System in Colleges and Universities" jointly issued by eight departments including the Ministry of Education in 2020 made a comprehensive deployment for accelerating the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities.At present,major universities across the country have made many useful explorations in strengthening the construction of the ideological and political work system,but there is still room for improvement in quality.Dialectics believes that internal causes are the basis for the development and change of things.To truly strengthen the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,it cannot be a mechanistic and simple construction,relying only on external forces,"you push me" and "you take me away".The key is to follow the basic laws of system construction and stimulate the endogenous power of system construction.Therefore,to explore and clarify the endogenous driving force for the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,it has important theoretical and practical significance for effectively promoting the connotative development of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities and deeply implementing the fundamental task of morality and cultivating people.At present,the research on the "construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities" has gradually shifted from wide distribution to high quality.It is no longer limited to the specific elements within the system,but explores the high-quality connotative development of the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities from the perspective of power and other dimensions.On the basis of previous research,the research adopts the analysis methods of fusion of multidisciplinary horizons,combination of induction and deduction,and combination of qualitative and quantitative.In accordance with the research ideas of consolidating the theoretical foundation,grasping the laws of reality,and innovating practical strategies,this paper conducts in-depth explorations on the basic concepts,constituent elements,formation mechanism,and actual conditions of the construction of the endogenous power of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities.The study found that the essential connotation of the endogenous driving force for the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities is the internal cause of the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,that is,internal contradictions.In terms of its practical attributes,it is also the inner force that promotes the practice of collaborative education in colleges and universities to change from nothing to nothing and from less to more.Its extension category includes the subjective initiative of the educating subject and the dual motives of the deep material force behind it.Through qualitative research and analysis,it is concluded that the endogenous driving force for the construction of ideological and political work system in colleges and universities is composed of two types and six items of subjective and objective dynamic factors,and there are three different ways of correlation between them.At the same time,it is explored and found that the formation mechanism of endogenous driving force for the construction of ideological and political work system in colleges and universities starting from different logical starting points mainly includes three realistic paths: the main interaction mechanism,the object dyeing mechanism and the contradiction movement mechanism that promote the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities.In addition,through data processing and analysis of 1585 valid questionnaires recovered,the study found that the overall level of endogenous power in the construction of the current ideological and political work systems in colleges and universities is good.Most of the subjects of education in colleges and universities expressed that they can exert a certain degree of subjective initiative for collaborative education,and have certain material strength as support.However,there are obvious shortcomings in some important subjective and objective influencing factors.For example,there are some practical problems such as the indifference of the cooperative education subject’s sense of cooperation,the lack of responsibility consciousness,the lack of the cooperative education system and mechanism,and the lack of material support.It reflects that it is influenced by many factors,including the prevalence of individualism in the period of social transformation,the domination of instrumental rationality in the practice of educating people,the imbalance of overall planning in the collaborative system,and the imbalance in the allocation of resources for moral education and talent education.Based on this,the study believes that to enhance the endogenous power of the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,it is necessary to provide a double guarantee strategy supply from the inside and outside of the main body of collaborative education.On the one hand,realize the main body activation of the endogenous driving force for the construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,including establishing a subject relationship that meets individual needs,shaping a consensus vision for deepening value identification,stimulating independent participation in strengthening the sense of responsibility,and developing a positive self-esteem.growth mindset,etc.Aiming at the spiritual internal causes and the subjective elements of the endogenous motivation of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities,this research provides a subject strategy that directly enhances the subjective initiative of the various educational subjects in colleges and universities.On the other hand,it is necessary to jointly play the coupling role of the collaborative education system in colleges and universities by establishing a collaborative operation system with smooth communication channels,improving the positive incentive system for selecting models around you,and improving the supervision and evaluation system that integrates feedback loops.In addition,through measures such as creating a supportive cultural atmosphere that promotes independent planning,forming an information-based cultural brand that broadens the scope of radiation,and optimizing and enriching the supportive cultural ecology of platform resources,we must give full play to the absorbing and infiltrating role of campus educating culture.In order to jointly help the connotative construction of the ideological and political work system in colleges and universities and the
