By the end of 2020,my country will lift all the rural population out of poverty under the current standard and eliminate absolute poverty. At present,my country has entered a new stage of "consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting rural revitalization".However,it should be noted that the endogenous driving force of some rural people who have been lifted out of poverty is still insufficient, the foundation for development is not solid enough, and there is still the possibility of returning to poverty. The traditional poverty alleviation method focuses more on meeting the economic needs of the poor and emphasizes material satisfaction.Although the endogenous motivation of the poor is stimulated to a certain extent, the weaker endogenous motivation is not suitable for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.Promote the needs of comprehensive rural revitalization. How to continue to improve the endogenous power of the poverty-stricken population, enhance their awareness of independent development, and enhance their initiative and enthusiasm for self-development is an important issue that needs attention in current research.Guided by expectation theory, this study adopts qualitative research methods, focusing on the problem of insufficient endogenous motivation of poverty alleviation population from the perspective of target valence and expectation value, and discusses the necessity, main advantages and feasibility of social work intervention in the endogenous motivation of poverty alleviation population.paths are analyzed. This study conducted indepth interviews with the poverty-stricken population and grass-roots cadres to obtain relevant data on the endogenous power of the poverty-stricken population.By arranging and analyzing the data,it summarized the symptoms of the lack of endogenous power of the poverty-stricken population, and deeply analyzed the internal and external reasons for the lack of endogenous power.,and from the perspective of expectation theory, from the perspective of the self-worth and self-concept of the poverty-stricken population,it explores the appropriate path of social work intervention. The study found that some of the poverty-stricken population still have the problem of insufficient endogenous motivation, mainly manifested as less participation in development projects, focusing on short-term vested interests, strong resource dependence, and psychological manifestations of self-denial,self-deception and self-abandonment.Lack of initiative and motivation to develop. The reasons for the lack of endogenous power of the poverty-stricken population mainly come from two aspects:internal factors and external factors.External factors include insufficient driving force of support resources, deviation of human capital investment, and lack of systematic support for the cultivation of endogenous power.Internal factors are mainly due to the lack of self-control of the poverty-stricken population, the derivation of negative values, and the serious internalization of poverty subcultures.Based on the analysis of the endogenous dynamics of the poverty-stricken population, social work can try to intervene from both internal and external perspectives. From an external point of view, first, social work agencies can undertake endogenous power projects for poverty alleviation populations, and provide professional assistance by using professional methods such as casework and group work to solve the problem of insufficient endogenous power. The second is to improve the professional skills of grass-roots cadres, especially the knowledge and skills at the psychological level. With the help of psychological knowledge, conduct psychological dialogue with the poverty-stricken population, gradually overcome their negative concepts, stimulate the endogenous motivation of the poverty-stricken population, and ensure efficient work quality. The third is to assist grass-roots cadres in the work of stimulating endogenous motivation.Through cooperation with relevant public welfare organizations and universities, linking psychological, technical and other resources to promote social organizations to be embedded in the task of stimulating endogenous motivation, and jointly meet the psychological needs of the poverty-stricken population.,to stimulate endogenousmotivation. From an internal point of view, the first is to strengthen the subject consciousness of the poverty-stricken population and deepen their self-concept;the second is to optimize the network of mutual assistance and mutual encouragement;the third is to improve the self-awareness of the poverty-stricken population. |
