The Movement Of School Social Work In The Ideological And Political Work System Of Colleges And Universities

"Most of the post-00 college students have distinctive personalities and strong sense of autonomy.In addition,in the era of pan-entertainment,students lack the basic ability to distinguish right and wrong from complicated information,and are prone to problems such as unswerving ideals and beliefs,poor psychological quality,weak ability of unity and cooperation,and lack of social responsibility.In this reality,the traditional ideological and political education in colle ges and universities is facing serious challenges,both in terms of working mechanism and working content cannot fully adapt to the current new situation and new situation,and the college political science workers are facing many pain points in the working process and difficulties in the management way.How to understand the main problems from a deeper level,find the causes of the problems and explore the effectiveness of solving students’ ideological and political education in the context of multiculturalism,in response to the new problems and situations that appear in the current students’ideological and political education,is a topic worthy of continuous research and conclusion.The unique theories,values and methods possessed by social work can help update the working paths and methods of college and university ideological and political workers and solve the difficult problems faced by them.Therefore,the concepts,models and methods of social work can be introduced into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities to help students form positive,healthy and stable ideological concepts and promote their all-round development.Based on the above reasons,this paper studies the application of school social work in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities.This paper applies the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation and problems of the ideological education work in colleges and universities,adopts the case study method to apply the casework and group work methods to the actual classical cases of ideological work education,and further shows the effectiveness of school social work being applied to the ideological work in colleges and universities through the corresponding practical research.
