| In the contemporary world economic environment,knowledge-intensive enterprises that composed of knowledge teams as the basic organizational form have become a new economic pillar.How to effectively manage knowledge teams and promote their healthy development is the key for modern enterprises to gain competitive advantages in a complex and changeablenomic environment.Under this background and situation,conducting systematic and indepth research on the development of knowledge teams,improving the theoretical system of knowledge team development,constructing the theoretical and methodological framework of knowledge team development,and guiding the construction and management of real-world knowledge teams,has important theoretical value and practical significance.Re-examining this issue from the perspective of a complex adaptive system(CAS)found that interpersonal interaction is the internal driving force that promotes the development of knowledge teams,while psychological activities such as interpersonal trust are essential factors that affect interpersonal interaction.The interaction between interpersonal trust and interpersonal interaction forms a "psychological-behavior loop".How to study the development of knowledge teams in the dynamic cycle of "psychological-behavior loop" is the basic problem and difficulty of this research.This paper takes this as a starting point,pays attention to the internal mechanism of the development of knowledge teams,seeks a deep understanding and explanation of the development process of knowledge teams,and provides management decision support for the development of knowledge teams.The development of knowledge teams is an irreversible process.Once the management strategy fails,it will bring irreparable losses to individuals,teams and organizations.In order to avoid adverse consequences,it is not suitable for direct management experiments on real teams.According to the characteristics of the real team,it can be abstracted into a model team,based on which an artificial team can be established.Using artificial teams to replace real teams and experimenting with artificial teams can overcome the "irreversible" problem.In view of this,this paper built a model suitable for investigating knowledge teams based on CAS theory.And this paper utilized the computational experiment method based on Multi-agent System(MAS)to study the influence of interpersonal trust on the development of knowledge team from two aspects of mechanism and management strategy.Firstly,this paper re-examined the characteristics of the development process of knowledge teams from the perspective of CAS.Through a review of relevant domestic and foreign research,based on the analysis of existing research models and methods,the shortcomings of existing models and methods are found.Secondly,the R3C research framework is constructed using the perspectives of the three worlds model and computational experiment methods.Under this R3C framework,the concepts were defined and the difficulties were analyzed.The obstruct is coped with CAS theory,SOR theory,prospect theory and TRACE evaluation theory.Thirdly,according to the research framework,a conceptual model,symbolic model and computer model suitable for knowledge teams had been constructed,an agent-based artificial team(MAS)had been established,a corresponding computational experiment program has been developed and compiled based on the Anylogic platform.And the computational experiment had been conducted with artificial team.From the two aspects of collective intelligence and team performance,the internal mechanism of the influence of interpersonal trust on the development of knowledge teams had been studied.And based on this internal mechanism,the management strategy research on the influence of interpersonal trust on the development of knowledge-based teams is carried out to provide decision-making support for the healthy development of knowledge teams.Main research results:First,the symbiotic evolutionary relationship between interpersonal trust and collective intelligence had been revealed.Second,the dynamic relationship between interpersonal trust and team performance had been revealed.Third,the characteristics of the influence of based on work interaction interpersonal trust management strategies on the development of knowledge teams had been discovered.Fourth,the characteristics of the influence of based on non-work interaction interpersonal trust management strategies on the development of knowledge teams had been discovered.Fifth,the characteristics of the impact of the different implementation way of interpersonal trust management strategies on the development of knowledge teams had been discovered.This paper expands the research thinking on the influence of interpersonal trust on the development of knowledge teams,further enriches the theories and methods of the influence of interpersonal trust on the development of knowledge teams,and provides decision support for the development and management of knowledge teams.The contributions of this paper are:First,based on CAS theory and computational experiment method,the R3C research framework were built,which offerd a new thought and total framework for studying the effect of interpersonal trust on the development of knowledge teams.Second,based on"psychological-behavior loop",the GRAIT interpersonal trust model was built,which provided a novel model for computational experiment research on the interaction between interpersonal interaction and interpersonal trust.Third,the symbiosis evolution mechanism of interpersonal trust and collective intelligence had been revealed and the adaptive relationship between team ability and task difficulty had been clarified which provides a foundation for future research. |
