objective:Twelve acupoints are widely used in clinical practice.Mu acupoints is an important part of acupuncture point research.There are many kinds of main diseases of Mu acupoints,and its matching rules are more complicated.The compatibility of Mu acupoints plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.However,there has been no relevant research on the standardized application of recruiting points.Therefore,in the study of the specific content of the standardization system of acupuncture and moxibustion,it is necessary to revise the standardization of the theoretical research and clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion at the twelve points.Therefore,this study is divided into 3 parts to initially explore the standardized application of Mu acupoints.1.Apply the CiteSpace software to visualize the knowledge map of the research literature on the acupoints,and explore the research hotspots and development trends of the acupoints.2.Screen and analyze the data of the use of acupoints in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,Pubmed and other databases,and summarize the main symptoms and acupoint compatibility rules of the acupoints.3.According to the theoretical research of acupuncture and moxibustion at the twelve points and clinical practice,a standardization system of acupuncture and moxibustion was constructed;the reliability and validity of the standardization system of acupuncture and moxibustion at the points were verified by evaluation tools.Material and method:1.The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was used as the source of literature data.Relevant literatures related to the study of acupoints raised from the establishment of the database to December 2021 were searched.CiteSpace5.7.R5 software was used to analyze the amount of published articles,authors,institutions and keywords.Draw and discuss relevant knowledge graphs.2.Through the screening of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other major Chinese databases.Use Excel to collect and sort out the relevant literature on the clinical application of twelve acupoints.Statistical analysis was carried out on the main symptoms of acupoints and the frequency and compatibility of acupoint application using data mining technology.3.Use Delphi method to construct the scale research of the clinical application standard of recruiting acupoints.The index items of the standardization system of acupuncture and moxibustion at acupoints were revised and adjusted,and a more objective and complete expert consensus on the standardization system of acupuncture and moxibustion at acupoints was finally obtained through the summary of expert scores and feedback.The measurement properties of reliability and validity are evaluated in the form of questionnaires to verify the scientificity and rationality of this standard system.Results:1.The results of CiteSpace bibliometric research showed that CNKI database finally included 453 research documents on Muxue,33 research documents from Zhongfu,33 research documents from Juque,151 research documents from Qimen,and research documents from Zhangmen.43 articles,9 articles on Jingmen,529 articles on Tanzhong,1065 articles on Zhongwan,110 articles on Sun and Moon,785 articles on Tianshu,533 articles on Zhongji,1113 research documents of Guan Yuan,25 research documents of Shimen.The amount of research literature on Mu acupoints has increased to varying degrees recently.The number of published papers on Mu acupoints has increased significantly since2000.The institutions with the highest number of publications are mostly the universities of traditional Chinese medicine in various regions.The focus of research on Muacupoints has gradually developed from theoretical research and case studies in the early stage to clinical randomized controlled studies,case-control studies and research on the rules of clinical application of acupoint allocation.2.After screening by CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases,6460 qualified literatures were finally obtained.A data mining study was carried out on the main diseases and syndromes of the 12 acupoints and the regularity of acupoint allocation.Due to their different distribution and the characteristics of the main organs,the twelve acupoints have therapeutic effects on diseases of different systems.Zhongfu is good at treating respiratory diseases such as asthma,bronchitis,cough and other lung diseases,and the acupoints are mostly matched with Feishu,Tanzhong,Tiantu,etc.;Juque is good at treating chest pain,coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,and arrhythmia For other heart-related diseases,the acupoints are mostly matched with Neiguan,Xinshu,and Tan;Qimen is good at treating diseases of the liver and gallbladder system such as hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,and hypochondriac pain,and the acupoints are mostly matched with Zhangmen,Guanyuan,Zhigou,etc.;Zhangmen is good at treating obesity,hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and other metabolic diseases and digestive system diseases,and the acupoints are mostly matched with Zhongwan,Tianshu,Zusanli,Qimen,Ganshu,Riyue,etc.;Jingmen is good at treating For renal colic,Ig A nephropathy,urinary tract stones and other urinary system diseases,the acupoints are mostly matched with Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Shenshu,etc.Tanzhong is good at treating cough,asthma,hiccups,chest pain,heartache and other pulmonary and cardiac diseases.The acupoints are mostly matched with Feishu,Geshu,Tiantu,etc.;Zhongwan is good at treating epigastric pain,anorexia,obesity and other digestive system and metabolic diseases,and the acupoints are mostly matched with Zusanli,Tianshu,spleen,etc.Yu collocation;Riyue is good at treating cholecystitis,cholelithiasis,hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and other hepatobiliary diseases,and the acupoints are mostly matched with Qimen,Yanglingquan,Ganshu,Danshu,etc.Tianshu is good at treating constipation and diarrhea,obesity and other digestive system and metabolic diseases,the acupoints are mostly matched with Shenque,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Zhongwan,etc.Zhongji is good at treating urinary system and gynecological diseases such as stagnation,enuresis,dysmenorrhea,etc.Guan Yuan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,etc;For urinary system,metabolic diseases,gynecological diseases,etc.,such as stagnation,obesity,pelvic inflammatory disease,etc.,the acupoints are mostly matched with Zhongji,Guanyuan,Qihai,etc.3.The positive coefficient of experts in both rounds is 100%.The two rounds of experts’ familiarity with each item in the questionnaire(Cs)were 0.860 and 0.888,respectively.The judgment basis and influence degree(Ca)of experts on the indicators are 0.84 and 0.87,respectively.According to the expert authority degree formula,the authority coefficients are0.85 and 0.879 respectively.The W value of the expert coordination degree in the first round is between 0.46-0.82,and the W value in the second round is between 0.53-0.93.The W value of each index in the second round was higher than that in the first round,with statistical significance(P<0.05).It shows that the items and ability scores of the experts for the standardization system of twelve points are well coordinated.The results of principal component analysis on each item of the questionnaire showed that the standardized questionnaire for Muacupoints constructed in the study had good reliability and validity.After two rounds of expert consultations,experts from the standardization of the twelve acupoints,simplifying the diseases and dominant diseases of each acupoint system,unifying the names of TCM or Western medicine for the dominant diseases,standardizing the form of acupoint allocation,and increasing the "theoretical basis of acupoints".Standardized research on acupoint characteristics,the overall organization of standardized questionnaires,and appropriate descriptions and explanations for the categories of items that need to be standardized.The importance of the investigation content of the twelve acupoints is more recognized.Zhongfu acupoint is mostly used for cough,dyspnea,lung distention,lung carbuncle and other lung diseases.The preferred acupoints are mainly selected from the points on the lung meridian of hand Taiyin and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin;Juque point is mostly used to treat heartache and palpitations.For patients with cardiothoracic diseases such as irritability,restlessness,insomnia,etc.,the preferred acupoints are Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Shangqiu,etc.;Qimen acupoints are mostly used for the treatment of liver diseases,cardiopulmonary diseases,etc.,and the preferred acupoints are Ganshu,Zhigou,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,etc.;Zhangmen acupoint is mostly used for spleen,stomach,liver and gallbladder diseases such as fullness of chest and flank,jaundice,and food stagnation.Diseases,the preferred matching acupoints are mainly Shenshu;Tanzhong acupoints are mostly used to treat diseases such as cough and asthma,breast abscess,chest pain and heartache,and the preferred matching acupoints are Zusanli and Zhongwan,and the second matching acupoints are Feishu,Daling,Taichong,Hegu,Sanyinjiao,etc.;Zhongwan acupoints are mostly used for various fu-organ diseases,and the preferred acupoints are Tianshu,Shenque,Zusanli,etc.;Riyue acupoints are mostly used for liver and gallbladder diseases,and the preferred matching acupoints are Tianshu,Shenque,Zusanli,etc.The main points are Qimen,Ganshu,Danshu,Yanglingquan,etc.Tianshu points are mostly used to treat spleen,stomach and large intestine diseases such as diarrhea,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,indigestion,etc.The preferred acupoints are Zhongwan,Guanyuan and Shenque.The most suitable points are Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Zusanli,etc.;the Zhongji point is mostly used for the treatment of diseases of the reproductive system and the urinary system;Urgency of urination,persistent diarrhea,etc.,the preferred acupoints Qihai,Sanyinjiao,Shenque,Tianshu,Zhongwan,etc.are mainly used;Shimen acupoint is mostly used to treat diseases such as abdominal distention,constipation,metrorrhagia,etc.Probationary identification.Conclusion:1.Using the knowledge map constructed by CiteSpace,it was found that the general research methods of Mu acupoints are electro-acupuncture,acupuncture,acupuncture,etc.The key areas of research mainly include the clinical application of Mu acupoints and the study of their compatibility with other acupoints.2.The clinical application effect of acupoints is remarkable,good at treating diseases and syndromes of viscera,and the synergistic effect of acupoint compatibility is outstanding.The clinical use of Mu acupoints has important research value.The main diseases and syndromes of the twelve acupoints involve the lung system,the heart system,the kidney system,gynecology,metabolic diseases and many other categories.The original matching point,the matching point of the meeting point,the acupoint and the local acupoint are mainly compatible.3.According to the research of Delphi method,experts have recognized the importance of each item in the questionnaire of twelve acupoints.From the theoretical basis of acupoints,the practical operation of acupoints,and clinical applications,the
