| Medical health has now become the focus of attention of the whole society in China.Internet medical treatment is a new form of medical health development.Under the favorable policy of"Internet+medical health",my country’s "Internet+medical health" is developing steadily and sustainably. As a typical service practice explored by "Internet+medical health",the online health community breaks the constraints of geographical boundaries, effectively alleviates the problems of excessive medical costs, narrow coverage, insufficient resources, and uneven allocation, and improves the inclusiveness of medical services. The level of globalization, equalization, and convenience has increased the public’s acceptance of online health communities, and the community has developed rapidly. The self-disclosure behavior of online health community users is a common and important behavior.Through self-disclosure behavior, users can achieve community experiences such as health monitoring, health communication, social relationship establishment, social recognition, and emotional support. The active, active, and sustainable self-disclosure of users is also the basis for the development of online health communities. Therefore, the self-disclosure behavior of online health community users is a topic worthy of discussion. At present, the academic research on the self-disclosure behavior of users in online health communities has accumulated some research results, but the existing research also has some shortcomings, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:First,on the influencing factors of users’s elf-disclosure behaviors In the study of its mechanism of action, scholars are more limited to investigating influencing factors in a single dimension, such as only examining the impact of external environmental dimensions,or only paying attention to the impact of individual characteristics;they have not fully considered the differences in research scenarios, resulting in different The influencing factors of research situation investigation are similar;simply rely on the quantitative analysis results of questionnaires to explain the reasons for the willingness of self-disclosure behavior, and ignore the application of qualitative research methods.Second, from the existing research, more research stays at the stage of behavioral willingness, and less attention is paid to actual behavior after behavioral willingness. Both the actual behavior research and the survey based on subjective questionnaire data Analysis, lack of analysis combined with user objective behavior data.Third, the study of self-disclosure behavior focuses on static analysis based on cross-sectional data, and insufficient attention has been paid to the dynamic process of the development of self-disclosure behavior.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing research, this article divides the self-disclosure behavior of online health community users into stages of development from the perspective of the entire process of user information behavior, and divides them into self-disclosure behavior formation,self-disclosure behavior generation, and self-disclosure behavior.Continued for three stages to systematically explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of online health community users’ willingness to self-disclose behaviors, the intensity and influencing factors of disclosure behaviors, and the survival rules and influencing factors of disclosure behaviors. In the study of self-disclosure behavior willingness, combining qualitative and quantitative methods,it is more practical to analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of online health community users’self-disclosure behavior willingness, and in the research of actual self-disclosure behavior,Not only pays attention to the performance of behavior in intensity, but also pays attention to the change of behavior in time. The main research content and key conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the study of online health community users’ self-disclosure behavior willingness, firstly, qualitative research methods are adopted to conduct a preliminary exploratory analysis of the online health community users’ self-disclosure behavior willingness to construct the online health community users’ self-disclosure behavior willingness.Form the theoretical model of the mechanism, and secondly, verify and explain the theoretical model through quantitative analysis. The main process is to design the questionnaire of online health community users’ self-disclosure behavior willingness, and use the partial least squares structural equation method to analyze and theoretically analyze the questionnaire data.Validation of models and hypotheses.Research has concluded that the main factors that drive the formation of users’ self-disclosure behavior in online health communities are self-disclosure motivation(external motivation, internal motivation, and internal motivation),self-disclosure opportunities(online health community quality and online health community atmosphere)and Self-disclosure ability(health input ability and health literacy ability). The formation of self-disclosure behavior willingness has the following paths:①motivation factors, opportunity factors and ability factors directly affect the formation of self-disclosure behavior willingness;②"self-disclosure motivation→health input ability→self-disclosure willingness",which reflects disclosure Motivation indirectly affects self-disclosure willingness through health input ability.③"Healthy community quality一external motivation, internal motivation→self-information disclosure willingness" reflects that the quality of healthy community enhances the generation of users’disclosure of external and internal motives, thereby helping to enhance users’ self-disclosure willingness.④"Healthy community atmosphere→internal motivation, internal motivation→self-disclosure willingness" reflects that the healthy community atmosphere strengthens the generation of users’ disclosure of internal motivation and internalization motivation, which is conducive to enhancing users’ self-disclosure willingness.⑤"Healthy community quality→health literacy ability→self-information disclosure willingness" reflects that the quality of a healthy community can affect the health literacy ability, which in turn affects users’ self-disclosure willingness. In addition, the quality and atmosphere of the online health community is a necessary opportunity guarantee for the willingness of self-disclosure behaviors. The existence of opportunity guarantee enables users to have objective conditions to implement disclosure behaviors.(2)In the study on the intensity of users’ self-disclosure behaviors in online health com munities, the intensity of disclosure behaviors is divided into disclosure breadth and disclosure depth, and typical online health communities where self-disclosure behaviors are concentrated are selected as the research scenario to obtain users’ self-information.Disclosure content, ana lyze the user’s disclosure breadth and disclosure depth. From the perspective of network struct ure, starting from the interactive relationship network formed by users in online health comm unities through "self-disclosure-disclosure response",theoretically explore the characteristics of the interactive relationship network structure of self-disclosure users and their self-disclosure b ehavior What kind of impact will the breadth and depth of the project have, construct a theo retical model and put forward corresponding research hypotheses.Further use social network a nalysis tools to quantify the user’s interactive relationship network structure with network cent rality indicators, and establish a multiple linear regression model of users’ point centrality, bet weenness centrality, proximity centrality and disclosure breadth and disclosure depth to verify and explain The relationship between the characteristics of the user’s interactive network struct ure and its disclosure breadth and disclosure depth. The research concludes that the structural characteristics of the interactive relationship network of users of self-disclosure in online heal th communities(point centrality, intermediary centrality, and proximity centrality)affect their d isclosure intensity, and the point centrality of users significantly positively affects the disclosur e breadth and disclosure Depth,out-of-degree centrality significantly negatively affects the dep th of disclosure;users with high intermediary centrality have less disclosure intensity;althoug h users’ in-approaching centrality does not affect the breadth of disclosure, its out-of-degree c entrality.will have a significant positive impact The breadth of disclosure. From the perspectiv e of the influence coefficient, the user’s point centrality has the greatest impact on its disclos ure intensity.(3)In the sustainable research of users’ self-disclosure behavior in online health communities, from the perspective of survival analysis, longitudinal observation of users’ self-disclosure behavior is carried out,and the time when users’ self-disclosure behavior is observed during a certain observation period .First, use the life table method in the survival analysis to analyze the overall survival continuity of the online health community users’ self-disclosure behaviors, and conduct a lifespan analysis and survival estimation. Then use the Kaplan-Meier analysis method in the survival analysis to compare and analyze different ages and The survival and persistence of self-disclosure behaviors of users of different genders and different types of diseases. Finally, based on the two-dimensional structure of the organizational commitment theory(continuous commitment and emotional commitment),explore the factors that affect the survival duration of self-disclosure behaviors, and find out the influencing factors that protect the survival duration of self-disclosure behaviors based on the COX survival analysis model Factors, and at the same time explore the differences in factors influencing the survival duration of different types of users’ self-disclosure behaviors. The study concluded that the cumulative survival probability of users’ self-disclosure behaviors in online health communities declined the fastest in 0-3 months, which is the stage of high incidence of behavior loss;nearly half of users’ disclosure behaviors remained at about 5 months;male users There is no obvious difference in the maintenance of disclosure behavior between female users, and the differences are reflected in users of different ages and different types of diseases;users’cumulative online time, point revenue, disclosure depth, number of friendships, and social support received in healthy communities,It can motivate users’ continuous and emotional commitments in the community, which in turn will help extend users’ self-disclosure behaviors in healthy communities. |
