Multiple-assembly enterprise is what produces the product to meet customers demand through multiple-assembly in various assembly sites and gains the profits. Because the production of such enterprises is particular, decide logistics operations and management of the enterprises becoming the bottleneck. However, with the rapid development of management technology, computer technology, network technology, provide theoretical basis for the research of multiple-assembly enterprise logistics management. Therefore, in order to meet production mode of multiple-assembly enterprise and customers demand, In this paper, multiple-assembly enterprise supply chain logistics management model,management strategies, as well as information system support platform and other aspects are explored and researched.Firstly, based on the analysis of advanced logistics management mode and related techniques of domestic and foreign enterprises, discuss the definition, production characteristics and logistics management features of multiple-assembly enterprise, combined with the analysis of logistics management requirement for multiple-assembly enterprise, propose a supply chain logistics management model for multiple-assembly enterprise; in the end, analyze the business processes of supply chain logistics management for multiple-assembly enterprise under this model.Based on the above research, multiple-assembly enterprise supply chain and logistics management strategies as well as information management system support platform design are researched. The supply chain logistics management strategies of multiple-assembly enterprise include supplier evaluation and choice management strategy, distributed inventory management strategy and so on. Through the system support platform of the supply chain logistics management for multiple-assembly enterprises, supply chain management strategies are realized. The system support platform design includes structural design,functional design,service-oriented component system design and system integration design based on web services technology.In the end, according to the logistics management status and requirements of multiple-assembly enterprise in Chongqing, a set of supply chain logistics management system software for multiple-assembly enterprise is developed and used by ASP system operation model. The system is applied successfully into the enterprise supply chain logistics management, which causes the standardization and informationization of the enterprise logistics management. By multiple-assembly enterprise application, the superiority of supply chain logistics management model,management strategies and software system support platform is tested in the paper.
