| Under the background of global aging,using the limited resources and ability to provide living environment meet older people’s demand is important to solve the elderly care and improve the elderly well-being.In China,the elderly tend to "aging in place".However,because of the early construction or lack of facilities,the exist urban settlements the elderly living in do not meet the demands.Urban settlement age-friendly regeneration(USAR)is promoted.Although public participation are promoted in the decision-making,there are some contradictions between the public and other stakeholders or among the public.The reason to make the contradiction is the ambiguity of the law of public participation behavior.To solve the contradictions and promote the regeneration orderly,based on the establishment of theoretical framework,using the methods of Social Network Analysis(SNA),Structural Equation Model(SEM),Evolutionary Game,Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)of Machine Learning,Grounded Theory,Case Simulation and Qualitative Analysis,this paper studied the public participation behavior in the decision-making of USAR from influence mechanism,the law of behavior and incentive and guidance of behavior.Through scientific literature analysis method,this paper analyzed the situations of USAR,public participation behavior,incentive and guidance of behavior,and reviewed the shortcomings of existing studies.Under analyzing the theoretical basis,public participation behavior and theories,this paper clarified two types of USAR which are public space age-friendly regeneration and personalized age-friendly regeneration.The corresponding public participation behavior in the different USAR is analyzed,and the theoretical analysis framework is established.Based on theoretical analysis,the influence elements such as stakeholders and external environment affecting public participation behavior are explored.This paper established the analysis model of stakeholder network relationship to find the core stakeholders influencing decision-making and public participation behavior.From the aspects of public psychological and external environment,the factors affecting the public participation behavior are found.The influence factor paths and key influence factors of public participation behavior in the decision-making stage of different types of USAR are determined by establishing SEM and empirical research.The above study revealed the influence mechanism of public participation behavior in the decision-making of USAR.To explore the public participation behavior in the decision-making of public space age-friendly regeneration,this paper established a tripartite game model of public,local government and investors.The replicator dynamic analyses of behaviors of public participation and other stakeholders are made.Stabilities of the game model and public participation behavior choice are determined.Through the case study,the results of the theoretical model are verified.The process and results of public participation behavior in the decision-making of public space age-friendly regeneration is further revealed.Similarly,to explore public participation behavior in the decision-making stage of personalized age-friendly regeneration,this paper established a text characteristic theme model of the law of public participation behavior referring to LDA,and filtered out the text data needed for the study of grounded theory.Based on the principle of text characteristic,the text decoding system and theoretical model of the law of public participation behavior are established.The process and results of public participation behavior in the decision-making of personalized age-friendly regeneration is further revealed.Based on public participation behavior in the decision-making of different USAR,the effective measures of incentive and guidance of behavior are determined by case simulation and qualitative analysis.From optimizing the local governance,introducing high-quality investors and making the public appeasement mechanism,the incentive strategies are promoted.From the application of targeted guidance schemes,the optimization of guidance way techniques and formulation of authoritative reference,and the guidance strategies are promoted.Finally,from the government macro-management,settlement micro-governance and technology application,the implementation suggestions are promoted.In theory,this paper is helpful to clarify the mechanism of public participation behavior of USAR,expand the analysis methods of public participation behavior,and enrich the theoretical research on public participation behavior incentive and guidance in the decision-making of USAR.This paper are conducive to providing measures and strategies to encourage and guide the public participation in the USAR,and promote the USAR orderly.It will lay the foundation for the improvement of the construction of old service system. |
