Theoretical And Practical Research On The Construction Of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area

Since entering the 21 st century,the problems in terms of the survival of culture have gradually become prominent in China.With the awareness of cultural ecosystem protection has been continuously improved,the practice of cultural ecosystem protection has also been gradually promoted.The construction of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area is a piece of practical work based on the overall principles of protection for the Intangible Cultural Heritage and the characteristics of dynamic transmission.The establishment of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area is an important exploration and practice on the protection concepts and methods in the process of China’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection.It is also a great initiative of China in the field of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection.Since the establishment of the first National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area in 2007,China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area has a history of 15 years.In the whole construction process,we have made many achievements,meanwhile we also faced many problems.Exploring the theoretical support and practical achievements of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area deeply and systematically is of great significance to comprehensively understand the elements,principles,laws and characteristics.It can also help to master the purpose of construction and the methods of management.At the same time,it can optimize the construction path and promote the protection,inheritance and innovative development of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.With the acceptance of the first results on the China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area,our construction has entered a new stage and the related theoretical and practical research has gradually increased.However,throughout the existing research results,we didn’t pay enough attention to the discussion of basic problems and theory.Although the achievements are numerous and remarkable,most of them are scattered,single and local research and there is still a lack of systematic,in-depth and overall discussions.The research perspective of combining theory with practice can break through the barrier between ideas and methods in the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area and highlight the applicability,comprehensiveness and integrity of the research.There are both reflection and criticism from the theoretical perspective and the induction and analysis of practical results,and trying to make the research results be applied to the specific construction process of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.In view of this,this paper takes China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area as the research object.Based on the existing research results in the academic circles and the current situation of the construction,this paper is presented by the following aspects: what the National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area are,why the National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area should be built,how the work which the construction of National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area should be carried out,what theoretical support can be used,what difficulties in the construction of National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area we face,how to better solve the overall logic of the dilemma it faces,how to use the methods of literature research,fieldwork,case analysis and interdisciplinary study comprehensively and the current situation.According to the combination of theoretical research and case study,and the integration of horizontal comparison and vertical interpretation,this paper discusses many aspects of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.Firstly,this paper explains the origin and background of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area,which lays the foundation for the study of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.At the same time,it defines the relevant concepts involved and clarifies the basic situation of the research object.Then,this paper presents the important theory which support the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area from four different levels: theoretical source,core content,spatial planning and construction objectives.The theory of cultural ecosystem provides macroscopic guidance for the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.The niche theory is the key theory to support the protection and inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage.The cultural geography provides methodological guidance for the planning and construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.The theory of ecological aesthetics puts forward the thinking of aesthetics standards for the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area and guides us to pursue a higher-level construction.In order to advance the construction practice of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area with the support of relevant theories,this paper puts forward the basic practice requirements of the construction,and points out that the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area should be based on seven basic elements such as time,space,power,structure,function,ecology and reality.Adhering to the three basic principles which at the conceptual-level and the six basic principles which at the level of construction practice.Holding the basic rules of cultural development,industrial development and the Eco-economic Coordinated Development.In view of the theoretical research combined with the research content,this paper combs the basic situation of the construction of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.On the basis of relevant policies and methods,this paper interprets the basis and standards for the delimitation of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area,and expounds its construction process and management requirements.This paper also concludes the achievements about the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area from nine aspects: institution building,planning and policy formulation,the construction of intangible cultural heritage list,the construction of inheritors,productive protection,the construction of platforms and brand activities,infrastructure construction,theoretical research and publicity,innovative inheritance and educational practice and the integration of social participation,culture and tourism.With regard to the above construction status and construction requirements,this paper analyzes the difficulties during the process of construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area from four aspects: the relationship between theory and practice,the changes and challenges in the external environment,the impact of social forces and their own problems.This paper pays more attention to the problems existing in nature,society,economy,people,material and spirit.In order to open the mind and solve the problem,this paper introduces the comparative analysis of relevant cultural practical experience abroad.With the help of the punctiform cultural ecosystem protection of French Ecological Museum,the linear cultural ecosystem protection of European Cultural Lines,faceted cultural ecosystem protection of American National Heritage Area,the overall protection of Korean Cultural Heritage.All these experience can provide valuable reference for the optimal construction of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.On account of the reflection on the dilemma and the reference of the experience,the paper focuses on the optimization path of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.On the one hand,a bridge between theory and practice should be built in the process of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area,so that the theoretical research can promote the optimization of the construction practice.On the other hand,the breakthrough should also be found in the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area to solve the practical problems from four aspects: protecting and improving the dependent environment,coping with social changes scientifically,optimizing and improving the internal mechanism and building a regional cultural industry ecosystem.Specifically,we should protect the natural ecological environment with local characteristics,maintain and improve the cultural and social environment,and build a path with ecological aesthetic education and practical significance to optimize the overall environmental foundation.We should establish the close contact between the construction of the Conservation Area and regional economic and social development,promote the effective production of culture in the Conservation Area actively,and enhance the positive effects of the media in the construction of the Conservation Area.And we should also improve the policy guarantee constantly and promote the institutional innovation to integrate the construction of the Conservation Area into the major national strategies so as to deal with the social changes scientifically in the process of the construction of the Conservation Area.We should also enrich and expand the team continuously which can transmit the culture,perfect the subsidiary equipment,enrich the experience places,and enhance social forces so as to strengthen social co-construction.Meanwhile,we should explore the effective path combined with inheritance and innovation actively in order to better improve the internal mechanism in the construction of Conservation Area.In order to realize the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area in a good and well-organized order,we should also pay enough attention to the positive role on the promotion of the industry.By promoting the development of regional cultural and ecological industries,producing the new cultural industries in different ways,and constructing the industrial chain of cultural ecology in order to realize the operation of cultural industry ecosystem.We can optimize and enhance the systematic construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.By sorting the theoretical support,practical development and difficulties faced systematically on the construction of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area from an interdisciplinary perspective.In addition,this paper focuses on exploring its optimization path guided by the problem consciousness,and it has a certain value for enriching the theoretical research on the construction of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area.At the same time,the paper tries to put forward to construct the industrial chain of cultural ecology in Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area and forms a regional cultural ecosystem in order to better optimize the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area from the perspective of the combination of cultural industry and ecology.We found that the construction of China’s National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area as a whole is presented the characteristics of three-dimensionality,comprehensiveness,life-oriented,publicity and ordering according to systematic research.With the top-down promotion of the government and the active participation of the whole society from bottom to top,the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area will be more dynamic.It will not only become a dynamic cultural resource library,but also a practical place of life aesthetics and ecological aesthetics.Further,it’s an important path to maintain national cultural security.With the deepening of theoretical and practical research,the construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area will be more perfect and stable and cultural exchanges and interactions will become more and more frequent.The masses of the people are not only participants in construction practice and users of construction achievements,but also loyal inheritors and promoters of excellent Chinese traditional culture and participants and promoters of world cultural exchanges.The construction of Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Area will contribute to the cultural harmony which presents“one should not only respect his own,but also appreciate the culture of others for the prosperity of human civilization” in order to realize the coexistence of cultural diversity in the trend of world development.
