Driven by the innovation-led development strategy,chinese manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,but there is still a gap compared with the world's advanced manufacturing industry.The insufficient development of chinese manufacturing industry is manifested in: the scale of the industry is large,but the level of technological development is low;the independent innovation ability of enterprises is weak,there is no complete innovation system,and the innovation awareness is not high.Knowledge-based theory believes that knowledge is an important resource for enterprise development and has an important impact on enterprise technological innovation.Modern technological innovation theory emphasizes the importance of knowledge structure,that is,in the process of enterprise technological innovation,the importance of knowledge base structure far exceeds the importance of knowledge base element itself.Knowledge-based network is the embodiment of knowledge structure,and it is also the product of the integration of knowledge-based theory and modern technological innovation theory.So does the knowledge-based network affect the innovation performance of the enterprise,and if so,what is the mechanism of this influence? This dissertation will conduct a systematic study on this issue.This dissertation comprehensively uses literature research methods,social network analysis methods,and quantitative analysis methods to systematically study the direct influence mechanism,intermediary mechanism,adjustment mechanism and restraint mechanism.of the knowledge-based network of manufacturing enterprises on innovation performance with enterprises in electronic and communication equipment manufacturing enterprises as representatives of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the construction and evolution process of the knowledge-based network is analyzed,and the evolutionary laws of the knowledge-based network under different innovative strategic environments are discovered.Knowledge combination and knowledge allocation are the key steps of technological innovation.Different knowledge combination and knowledge allocation strategies produce different innovation performance,at the same time,bring about heterogeneous knowledge-based network structure.Different knowledge-based network structure can reflect the innovation strategy and innovation ability of enterprises.Starting from the invention patent of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing enterprises,according to the attribute,build knowledge base 0-1matrix.Using UCINET software,make the enterprise network structure visualized,this dissertation visualizes the structure of enterprise knowledge-based network,calculates the structural characteristic coefficient of knowledge-based network,and found that under the condition of different innovation strategy,enterprise in the combination and configuration of knowledge.and analyzes the evolution process of knowledge-based network,so as to find the combination and configuration ability of enterprise knowledge and the level of enterprise technological innovation.Secondly,it puts forward the influence of knowledge-based network on innovation performance,and examines the effect of knowledge-based network on innovation performance.Based on the social network theory and knowledge management theory,knowledge-based network structure has three characteristics,namely network density,network centralization and structure hole.Those three characteristics are taken as the three aspects to explore the influence of knowledge-based network on enterprise innovation performance.Through literature review,research hypotheses are put forward and empirical analysis is conducted to verify the relationship between knowledge-based network and innovation performance.Thirdly,the mediation mechanism of the dual innovation strategy's influence on innovation performance in the knowledge-based network is explained,and an empirical test is carried out.Starting from the logic of knowledge-based network—dual innovation strategy—innovation performance,take dual innovation as the transmission path of knowledge-based network to enterprise innovation performance,explain the relationship between knowledge-based network and innovation performance,and discover the influence of knowledge-based network on innovation performance.The impact is achieved through exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation,testing the intermediary mechanism of the dual innovation strategy's impact of the knowledge-based network on innovation performance on.Then,it discusses the regulation mechanism of the two knowledge attributes of knowledge flow and knowledge complexity,and conducts empirical test.The study found that the knowledge-based network is the carrier of knowledge flow,and the prerequisite for the efficient use of knowledge is that knowledge can flow well.Therefore,the influence of knowledge-based network on innovation performance will be regulated by the flow of knowledge.At the same time,the complexity of knowledge will have an impact on the speed of knowledge flow,the possibility of being accepted,and the efficiency of transformation.Therefore,knowledge complexity also plays a moderating role in the influence of knowledge-based network on innovation performance.In addition,it analyzes the constraint mechanism of R&D investment in the role of knowledge-based network on innovation performance,and conducts empirical tests.The study found that R&D input has a constraint mechanism in the influence of knowledge-based networks on innovation performance,and the optimal range of R&D investment is explored through the threshold effect model.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned series of mechanisms,combined with the research results,the innovation path of manufacturing enterprises is proposed from the perspectives of the construction of knowledge network,the choice of dual innovation strategies,the enhancement of knowledge attributes and the formulation of R&D input strategies.The result provides reference for enterprise to improve innovation performance.
