Over 40 years of reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has developed rapidly,and the urbanization rate has increased from 17.92% in 1978 to60.6% in 2019.However,in the process of rapid urbanization,many social problems are caused,including the spatial urbanization of "hollowing out",the semi urbanization of population caused by the Rural floating population into the city can not enjoy the same medical,education and other public welfare treatment with urban residents,the urbanization quality of differentiation caused by unbalanced development,and the lag of urban-rural integration development.How to further solve these problems has become an important research task that must be completed in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and high-quality urbanization in the new era.Because of land resources is one of the crucial factors in the process of rapid development of urbanization,therefore,this paper tries to from different perspective of land supply,first of all,respectively,analysis to the urbanization development mechanism of the influence of various aspects,and put forward the research hypothesis,and then establish the mathematical model for the research hypothesis and deduction verification,the use of different measurement methods to empirical research data related to urban development,so as to reveal the effect of urbanization of land supply,and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions based on the results of the study.Reading and studying the existing literature related to land supply and urbanization has a very important guiding significance for the determination of the research content and the extension of research ideas in this paper,but there is still a certain space for excavation in the existing research.Firstly,when analyzing the correlation between land supply and urbanization,scholars only select the single perspective of land supply scale,land supply structure and land supply price to analyze,or single perspective of analyzing the impact of land supply on spatial urbanization,population semi urbanization,urbanization quality and urban-rural integration.Few scholars carry out comprehensive analysis This paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis on the structure of the paper.Secondly,when scholars analyze the impact of land supply on urbanization,they mostly use traditional measurement model and provincial panel data for analysis,rarely from the perspective of spatial autocorrelation model,spatial Dubin model and municipal panel data.This paper attempts to build spatial measurement model for in-depth analysis.Thirdly,based on the mechanism of the impact of land supply on urbanization,this paper attempts to put forward research hypothesis from a new perspective and carry out scientific verification.Based on the research purpose,this paper will carry out research and analysis according to the following writing logic.First of all,under the premise of clarifying the significance of the research background,the paper studies the relevant literature on land supply and urbanization,explores the influence mechanism,the research content and innovation points that still need to be explored,and determines the research methods that can be referred to,which corresponds to the introduction part of the paper,and belongs to the first chapter of the paper;secondly,from the perspective of land supply scale and land supply From the perspective of price,this paper analyzes its influence mechanism on spatial urbanization,its influence mechanism on population semi urbanization from the perspective of land supply price distortion and land supply structure distortion,its influence mechanism on urbanization quality from the perspective of land supply scale and land supply structure,and its influence mechanism on urbanization quality from the perspective of land supply scale,land supply price and land supply marketization level Analyze the mechanism of its impact on urban-rural integration,generally corresponding to the second chapter of the paper,which belongs to the mechanism analysis part;thirdly,build different spatial measurement models respectively,and verify the hypothesis in the above research mechanism,using 269 cities and 102 cities' panel data in 2009-2017;finally,based on the previous research and analysis,from the land supply From the perspective of urbanization to promote high-quality development strategies.Empirical analysis is the main content of this paper,which is mainly used to verify the hypothesis of the mechanism part.The specific development is as follows:(1)in the third chapter,269 urban panel data are used to measure the spatial urbanization and land supply scale,and 102 urban panel data are used to measure the land supply price.The spatial Dubin model and spatial autocorrelation model are constructed to analyze the land supply price and land The effect of supply scale on spatial urbanization.The research shows that: the increase of land supply price is conducive to the improvement of spatial urbanization level,and there is a positive spatial spillover effect;the scale of land supply also has a positive promoting effect on spatial urbanization,and it is found that the local government's dependence on land finance can increase the positive promoting effect of land supply scale on spatial urbanization.(2)In the fourth chapter,269 urban panel data are used to measure the population semi urbanization,and the spatial Dubin model is constructed to analyze the impact of land supply price distortion and land supply structure distortion on population semi urbanization.The research shows that: the price distortion of land supply can intensify the population semi urbanization through two channels: public service supply and house price rise;the structure distortion of land supply can weaken the population semi urbanization through foreign direct investment,and intensify the population semi urbanization by increasing the proportion of state-owned enterprises.(3)The fifth chapter constructs the comprehensive index system of urbanization quality measurement,uses 269 urban panel data to measure the urbanization quality,and constructs the spatial autocorrelation model to influence the land supply scale,land supply structure and urbanization quality.It is found that there is an inverted U-curve transformation between land supply scale and urbanization quality.There is an inverted U-curve transformation between the proportion of industrial,commercial,residential,infrastructure land and total land supply and the quality of urban development.(4)In Chapter 6,269 urban panel data are used to analyze urban-rural integration and development,the spatial econometric model is constructed to analyze its influence on the development of the urban and rural integration of land supply study found that the sample interval of the expansion of land supply and land supply price promotion not favorable to the development of urban and rural integration,marketization level of land supply is positively related to the development of urban and rural integration.Finally,based on the above research results,this article from the "strengthen the related research,the reasonable configuration of land supply scale" "weakening government intervention,the perfect land supply market" price "to adjust land supply mechanism,optimize the structure of land supply" "deepen reform and opening up,continue to promote the marketization of land supply" four aspects put forward relevant policy Suggestions.
