| Since the reform and opening up,China’s industrial economic development has made remarkable achievements,but the achievements are based on the extensive industrial development model.This mode not only promotes the development of industry,but also leads to the exhaustion of resources and energy and the destruction of ecological environment.In this context,the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012 clearly regards green development as one of the important development modes of ecological civilization construction,and the outline of the 13th five year plan in 2016 takes green development as the main keynote.Meanwhile,the Ministry of industry and information technology also issues the industrial green development plan(2016-2020)for the industrial field to promote the industrial green development.However,due to China’s vast territory,geography,history and other reasons,there are huge differences in the social and economic development of each region,and the level of industrialization is also at different stages,so the quality of industrial green development in each region will be significantly different.Therefore,scientific evaluation of the quality of regional industrial green development in China,in-depth discussion of the spatial effects and influencing factors of the quality of industrial green development,and active search for the path to improve the quality of industrial green development are not only of great significance to explore the theory of industrial green development,but also helpful for the government to identify the problems existing in the process of industrial green development,and to formulate the It is of great practical significance to provide reference for the green development policy of industry to promote the overall realization of the green development of industry in China.The research contents and achievements are mainly in the following four aspects:1.Industrial green development quality evaluation.First of all,this paper analyzes the principles of the evaluation index system of industrial green development,and on this basis,constructs the evaluation index system of industrial green development quality.Secondly,from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation and input-output,we use the vertical and horizontal open grade method and the unexpected output SBM model to measure the level and efficiency of China’s industrial green development.Finally,the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the coordination degree of industrial green development level and industrial green development efficiency,so as to characterize the quality of industrial green development in China,and analyze its spatial distribution characteristics and development trend.The results show that the spatial differences of the quality of industrial green development in China are obvious,and the overall pattern is gradually weakening in the East,northeast,central and western regions,and the 30 provinces and cities show obvious "club phenomenon";the overall quality of industrial green development in China is increasing year by year,and the East,central and western regions are rising,while the eastern region is slightly declining,30 provinces The city shows different development trends;the overall coordination level in China has been stable in the intermediate coordination,the coordination level in the eastern region has been stable in a good coordination state,the coordination level in the central region has been stable in the intermediate coordination state,while the coordination level in the northeast and western regions has achieved cross-border,30 provinces and cities show five coordination levels of distribution characteristics.2.Spatial effect test of industrial green development quality.Firstly,based on the theory and method of spatial effect,four different spatial weight matrices are constructed,which are neighborhood distance,geographic distance,economic distance,geographic distance and economic distance.Secondly,based on four kinds of spatial weight matrix,the Moran’s I index and Geary’s C index of China’s industrial green development are calculated by ESDA method to judge whether their spatial effects are significant.Finally,based on four kinds of spatial weight matrix,the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of industrial green development quality are analyzed by Moran scatter diagram,temporal and spatial transition dynamic analysis and Lisa diagram.The results show that the quality of industrial green development in China has a significant spatial effect,showing a significant positive autocorrelation spatial correlation model,and most provinces and their neighboring provinces show similar clustering characteristics;the quality of industrial green development in China has a serious path dependence on the spatial geographical distribution,with obvious clustering and low liquidity characteristics,each province and city There are some difficulties to break away from the original cluster.The spatial distribution of the quality of industrial green development in China has formed a high quality spatial cluster area centered on Beijing and Tianjin and a low quality spatial cluster area centered on Sichuan and Gansu.3.Analysis of factors affecting the quality of industrial green development.Firstly,through literature analysis to effectively identify the influencing factors of industrial green development quality,identify the main influencing factors of industrial green development quality,and analyze the effect mechanism of each influencing factor on the quality of industrial green development.Secondly,the spatial effect of industrial green development quality is incorporated into the research framework,a spatial econometric model of panel data is established,and multiple co-linearity and stationarity tests are performed on the selected influencing factors.Thirdly,use Matlab software to empirically test the influencing factors of the quality of China’s industrial green development under the four spatial weight matrices,and analyze the impact of each factor on the quality of industrial green development through direct and indirect effects.Finally,the panel Tobit model is used to empirically test and analyze the influencing factors of the quality of industrial green development in the four major regions of China.The research results show that,taking into account space effects,the eight factors of economic development level,foreign capital utilization,technological progress,industrial energy intensity,industrial structure,industrial agglomeration,ownership structure,and endowment structure will significantly affect the quality of China’s industrial green development.The factors affecting the quality of industrial green development in the four regions are different.This section examines the influencing factors of the green development quality of China’s and regional industries at this stage,and provides a basis for the improvement strategy of the green development quality of China’s industries.4.Strategies to improve the quality of industrial green development.First of all,it introduces the practical experience of the green development of industry in the United States,Germany,Denmark and Japan.On this basis,combined with the above analysis conclusions,it puts forward the upgrading strategy of the quality of green development of industry in China,which mainly includes carrying out the strategy of regional coordinated development,promoting the green development of industry,optimizing the industrial structure and improving the efficiency of energy utilization;Implement the innovation driven development strategy,increase the green technology innovation;improve the entry threshold of FDI environment,promote the high-quality development of investment;increase investment in environmental pollution control,formulate differentiated environmental regulation policies;promote the development of industrial agglomeration,promote the reform of state-owned enterprises;establish and improve the vocational education system,and strengthen the construction of industrial talent team;Implement differentiated regional industrial green hair quality improvement strategies. |
