China's economy has transformed from high-speed growth to high quality growth,and it is in the key period of transforming the mode of development,optimizing its economic structure and transferring growth motivation.There 's an urgent requirement to establish and improve the innovation system.And accelerating the establishment of innovation network for manufacturing has become a key issue which needs to be solved.While doing the research,the author clarified the concepts of network and its capacity,and defined network as a relationship that generates,distributes transfers and adapts the value between an enterprise and external organizations.The enterprise's ability to obtain,integrate and make use of resources is defined as network capacity.A series of research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,induction and analysis are used in this dissertaion.Stata,SPSS,AMOS,etc.are used for questionnaire establishment,data screening,data processing,model construction,comparative analysis and result analysis.The rearch samples are mainly achieved by questionnaires which contain seven basic questions with 49 items of Likert 5 scale questions.581 manufacturing enterprise data are collected,and this dissertaion uses the method of structural equation model,the bootstrap intermediary effect test to discuss the methods of multivariate hierarchical regression equation.And the conclusions are:First of all,Environmental dynamism plays a threshold role in the mechanism of network capability's effect on innovation performance.This paper uses the threshold cross-section regression model to test the threshold effect of environmental dynamics on the overall mechanism model of network capability and innovation performance.The conclusion and empirical test confirm that there is a single threshold effect in environmental dynamism.When the models of samples in different influence intervals are further constructed respectively,the results showed that in different influence intervals of environmental dynamism,differences exist in network capacity's effect on innovation performance,mediating effect of knowledge management dimensions and the moderating role of environmental dynamism in the path of network capacity and innovation performance.Regulation of environmental dynamism on network capacity and innovation performance is non-linear.By exploring the concept,this dissertaion expanded the research on the mechanism between network capacity and innovation performance and provided ideas to precede more detailed research in this area.Secondly,Knowledge management has an intermediary effect in the mechanism of network capability on innovation performance.With reading relevant research documents,this dissertaion districted the core connotation of knowledge management,explored the mediating effect of different latitudes in network capability and innovation performance.The structural equation shows that intermediary effect from knowledge management exists between network capability and innovation performance.And among them,knowledge acquisition plays an intermediary role in the effect of network capability on innovation performance;moreover,the effect is stronger in the high-impact interval of environmental dynamism than in the low-impact interval.There is no mediating effect of knowledge integration in the low-impact area of environmental dynamism,but it exists in high impact interval.Knowledge utilization has mediating effect on a certain action path in different influence intervals of environmental dynamism.Thirdly,environmental dynamism plays a moderating role in the mechanism of network capability on innovation performance.On the basis of validating the threshold effect of environmental dynamics on the overall model,this dissertaion used multi-level regression to verify the moderating effect of environmental dynamics on the path of innovation performance.And the results proved that on the overall effect,positive incentive effect of environmental dynamism on innovation performance is more significant in the low-impact area.Dimensionally,incentive effect of network planning capability on innovation performance in high-impact intervals is more significantly affected by environmental dynamism.Incentive effect of network construction capability on innovation performance is significantly positively regulated by environmental dynamism in both regions.Incentive effect of network management ability on innovation performance is not significantly regulated by environmental dynamism.Incentive effect of network utilization ability on innovation performance is only positively regulated by environmental dynamism in the low impact range.To summarize,driven by displaying background and theoretical analysis,this dissertaion analyzed the threshold effect of environmental dynamism as well as the mediating role of knowledge management and the regulating role of environmental dynamism.It has expanded and refined the existing research and has certain theoretical exploratory significance.
