With the rapid development of the new technological revolution,the speed of scientific knowledge iteration,the complexity and riskiness of technological innovation significantly expand,innovation activities present new development trends and characteristics,open and cooperative collaborative innovation is becoming an important trend.To achieve strategic goals such as knowledge sharing,integration of internal and external innovation resources,enterprise innovation needs to constantly break through regional and organizational boundaries,and seek sustainable development.Knowledge is the basic resource of innovation activities,the essence of cooperative innovation is the process of mutual transformation and enhancement of resources between partners,and to achieve innovation goals through collaborative cooperation.The core of cooperation is fit and value realization,as the first stage of cooperative innovation,fit is the key to the success of cooperation and promote innovation performance.Cooperative innovation must adhere to systematic thinking,starting from partner fit,the source of cooperation innovation,to analyze the influence mechanism of enterprise innovation performance,which has important practical significance and value to enhance the innovation level and technological innovation capability of enterprises.Based on innovation reconstruction,resource-based view,organizational learning theory and contingency theory,this paper focuses on the core issue of "the influence mechanism of partner fit on enterprise innovation performance",according to the logic of "fit-learning-performance",analyzes and demonstrates the relationship between partner fit,organizational learning ability and enterprise innovation performance.Specifically,this paper explores the following questions:(1)Does partner fit have a significant impact on enterprise innovation performance?(2)Does organizational learning ability play a mediating role in the relationship between partner fit and enterprise innovation performance?(3)Do environmental dynamics and environmental munificence play a moderating role in the relationship between partner fit and organizational learning capability?Do both play a moderating role in the relationship between organizational learning capability and enterprise innovation performance?Through the regression analysis of 243 questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)partner’s fit appropriateness and fit diversity both have a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance;(2)Organizational learning capability plays a fully mediating role in the relationship between partner’s fit appropriateness and enterprise innovation performance,while it partially mediates the relationship between partner’s fit diversity and enterprise innovation performance;(3)Environmental dynamics plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between partner’s fit diversity and organizational learning ability,environmental munificence plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between partner’s fit diversity and organizational learning ability,and it plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between organizational learning ability and enterprise innovation performance,while the other moderating effects are not statistically significant.The findings of this paper have some practical guidance for the development of open innovation in Chinese enterprises.Firstly,enterprises should correctly understand the importance of partner fit on innovation performance.On the one hand,they should strengthen the search,screening and evaluation of partners,and focus on the overall investigation of partner fit in terms of goals,culture,innovation resources and capabilities;on the other hand,they should enrich the connectivity of innovation partners,take advantage of the external network group and relationship characteristics to promote the sharing and collaboration of knowledge,information,technology.Secondly,enterprises should focus on enhancing organizational learning capability,actively introducing,digesting and absorbing innovation resources of partners,and improving independent innovation capability and innovation performance.Thirdly,enterprises should improve their sensitivity and judgment to changes in the external environment,focus on the linkage dynamics with partners and the dynamics of organizational learning development,enhance the flexibility of enterprise resources and coordination,and adjust enterprise strategies to match the external environment in real time to improve the quality and efficiency of innovation.
